PROPERTY DOESN'T EXIST! and I was redirected to different hotels while they attempted to charge me.
Pros:

Nothing. I was not able to stay at the property I originally booked.

Cons:

Right after checkin time, I was informed the hotel had changed address, but when I arrived at the original location, it did not exist. I was then contacted via WhatsApp from a different number, and it became clear I was dealing with another hotel entirely, not the one I booked. They tried to redirect me to multiple different locations to keep the reservation. Communication was confusing and misleading. They also attempted to charge my card multiple times despite the situation and refusing to properly cancel the booking themselves.

Die Lage

Cons:

Also die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem was wir bekommen haben. Im Bad kam kaum Wasser aus der Leitung zum duschen, in der Dusche hing ein Stromkabel offen raus.
Im Zimmer war es sehr lieblos mit kaputten Wänden.
Wir wollten das Zimmer tauschen aus ein paar Gründen als uns dann aber das “neue” gezeigt wurde sind wir doch lieber im alten geblieben.
Beim Frühstück gab es nicht mal ansatzweise genug Platz für alle Gäste und die Auswahl lässt auch eher zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind dann lieber außerhalb essen gegangen.

The pictures were nothing like what the room looked liked. The name was different to what was on the building.

My room was on 4th floor no lift and was strong armed to paying for one night because the room was not suitable.

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement.

Cons:

Le petit dej nul, les chambres digne d’un hôtel 1 etoile peintures pas faites, trous partout, Clim qui fait un bruit d’enfer, odeur de moisi, salle de bain pleine de calcaire et de moisissures pour le prix à fuir nous avons mieux dormi dans des bouibouis en montagnes dans le pays.

Pros:

l'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait. Je me suis simplement trompé de catégorie, je souhaitais un hotel beaucoup plus luxueux. J'ai choisi la même catégorie que pour mes séjours au Cambodge - erreur fatale. Les prix sont plus élevés au Vietnam qu'au Cambodge il faut donc, au Vietnam choisir une catégorie supérieure donc un tarif supérieur. Cette erreur mise à part, le rapport qualité prix de cet hotel est parfait. Le prix est bas, donc pour un petit budget, c'est un hotel et un emplacement idéal.

Cons:

la qualité du petit déjeuner est médiocre. Je n'ai pas aimé la douche dans la salle de bain, mais ceci est lié au prix et à la catégorie choisie. Il faut payer plus pour avoir mieux.

Cons:

Changement du nom de l'hotel maintenant Elegance Premium hôtel notre réservation bien que confirmée par booking n'avait à priori pas été validée ils ont pu nous recevoir 1 nuit chambre sans fenêtre à l'étage sans ascenseur propreté moyenne bruit des toilettes pour un tarif trop élevé

Pros:

Lokationen var god og personalet var venligt. Sengene var behagelige. Rummeligt værelse med god opbevaringsplads.

Cons:

Der var ingen møbler på vores balkon. Det er der på billedet, men i virkeligheden var der bare to aircondition-maskiner. Håndtaget til balkondøren sad ikke fast. Låsen ud var blot en lille krog.
