Modernes Hotel mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht auf die Lagune.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Tolles großes Zimmer mit Balkon.

Cons:

Die Tage war es außergewöhnlich heiß und leider gibt es in diesem Hotel keine Klimaanlage. Jedoch wurde ein kleiner Ventilator angeboten.

I'd come back but would for sure ask for a room with A/C!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with stunning views everywhere. Very friendly staff. Room service did forget towels and toilet paper, but quickly fixed when notified.

Cons:

We had three nights that were extremely hot. Our room had no air con. This was a big negative for us in an otherwise excellent establishment. We asked for a fan and got one immediately, but it was still sooo hot. Thank goodness for the pool during the day!

Comfy but lacked attention to detail.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

This seems to be a new facility and some small things were lacking l.

No pen even though a review card had to be submitted.

No aircon

No extractor fan in the toilet for odours

Mini fridge hardly kept stuff cold

Water pump for facility right next to the room very noisy

For the money I have stayed in much better facilities.

Big Disappointment for us. Totally over priced.
Pros:

Views of the ocean

Cons:

1. We were in the annex of the hotel, had to walk to main building for food/ Drinks.
2. We were given a room with open plan Toilet/Bathroom, a BIG NO NO for us.
Where has all the privacy/Dignity gone.

Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel with incredible views of the lagoon. Spacious room with sliding door onto balcony. The food at the restaurant is great and service is friendly. Our favourite place to stay on the West Coast. There is nothing like it.

Pros:

The view was stunning. The room size impressive. The staff very friendly

Cons:

If you’re looking for a quiet time it’s best to not have a room booked close to reception and the restaurant. It was very noisy.

I enjoyed "the breakfast 😋"
Location is stunning; the sea breeze was a magical coolant.

Cons:

I know the place is under construction, so the dust around took some points off your rating.
Hope when all is completed, it will be the best gateway in the area.
