Le niveau du service est vraiment insuffisant
Esteticamente superbo ed elegante, ben arredato e in una posizione piacevole, poco fuori Cork, con viale d'accesso e boschetto. Peccato esserci stati solo la notte prima della partenza...
La vista dalla camera era brutta perché situata sul retro della struttura e quindi si affacciava su magazzini, e i cassonetti...

La localisation, le petit déjeuner.
Le personnel qui semblait épuisé un dimanche soir à 21h, au point de ne pas servir un verre alors qu’il est derrière le comptoir
L' albergo è immerso nel verde, la struttura è davvero molto bella, elegante e curata. La stanza ampia e accogliente.
La posizione non è comodissima perché dista 13 minuti in auto dal centro di Cork. La colazione è cara (noi in tre non l' abbiamo fatta) e nella stanza manca il frigobar. Considerando la distanza dal centro, credo che il prezzo sia un po' troppo alto
Das Abendessen im Bistro war sehr lecker und toll angerichtet. Es gab Räucherlachs mit Kartoffeln und Spinat.
"Mehr Schein als Sein"
In meinen Augen hat das Hotel keine 4 Sterne verdient.
Das Personal ist unfreundlich, ein Lächeln muss man wahrscheinlich extra bezahlen und Spaß wird auch nicht verstanden.
Die Wände in den Zimmern sind sehr, sehr dünn und es ist wirklich hellhörig.
Wir konnten die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich mitverfolgen und der Fernseher lief bis spät in die Nacht. ( Leider waren die Zimmernachbarn auch uneinsichtig und haben nicht eingesehen, sich etwas leiser zu verhalten)
Dort wo nicht der erste Blick hingeht, wird scheinbar auch eher selten geputzt. Im Frühstücksraum waren Spinnweben in den Ecken und an der Decke, Tapeten fallen teilweise von der Wand und es scheint auch an vielen Stellen Wasser eingedrungen zu sein, da deutliche, große Flecken an den Wänden waren.
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht eines 4 Sterne Hotels würdig...
Lediglich die Lage hat uns gefallen und man kann dort eine schöne Runde spazieren gehen auf einem Wanderweg. (Ca. 45 min.)
Alles in allem, wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder hierher.
Mi hanno svegliato alle 8 di mattina ! Le donne delle pulizie .ci hanno rovinato la giornata dell’uktimo giorno di vacanza. La direttrice ci ba offerto la colazione na avrei preferito dormire ! 179 euro per non dormire in un 4 stelle assurdo! Non hanno neanche un bollitore in stanza . Dovevi consummate tutto al bar a prezzi alti . Con il vino non ci hanno portato manco le noccioline! Tutto sfarzo per nulla

Don't like bath/shower as mobility for partner not great, we love to get a walk in shower.
We came down for breakfast around 9;15 and lot of things gone example orange juice, no bowls left out for cereals, staff seemed under pressure

Our dinner and dining staff were excellent. There were events taking place when we arrived after driving all day and staff was not very helpful with where we could find parking - it was just “full” and people would be leaving later. No staff were out to help anyone and seemed unconcerned that we spent our first hour plus at your location just trying to get our luggage out. There were not even “temporary” places to park. There was a wedding that night where the extremely loud music played until about 1 am. Since this was our only night ar your location after being highly recommended by a friend, it was not a good experience.
The bathroom shower was hard to keep control of the temperature and there was no way to keep the water off the floor as well as the entire bathroom was dripping wet because of the steam - whatever ventilation there was did not help much.
Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, staff very friendly and helpful. We travelled with our little dog and the hotel was very accomadating with him xx

Ruime kamer met goede bedden. Cork goed bereikbaar, wij gingen met de bus.
