Fabalous gem
Pros:

It’s outside the city in a lovely wooded area. The staff are just the best in every area. We had a fantastic break for my birthday, everyone so friendly and we will be back again in a heart beat.

Beyond expectations. Super comfortable, clean, well appointed and extremely friendly and obliging .
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Exceptionally friendly and obliging staff. The place oozed relaxed, easy-going charm mixed with very high standards of decor and cleanliness. In some aspects it was more like a 5 star hotel.

Cons:

The weather ;-) Asides from that nothing.

A very comfortable, pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Our room was quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff, particularly in the restaurant and bar, were excellent. We had a couple of meals and the food was great. Hotel is well located just outside Cork, with easy access from the airport and for the east and north of the city. We stay here reasonably often and always enjoy being in the hotel. The only point to note is that you need a car, the hotel is sufficiently far from the city, shops etc to make this a necessity.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

For an accessible room space was limited. Bathroom was huge but room it's was a bit small. Difficult to manoeuvre with very limited mobility.

I've been staying there for 20 years at least once if not twice a year. I really like it. The staff are great and facilities good.

Cons:

I'm happy with everything. I stayed 12 nights. Got the room I wanted and was well looked after.
No complaints.
