Important information:

Please note that the reception is at 1181 feet, at our 2nd hotel-restaurant Groff Aux Deux Clefs.
Adress is 50 grand rue, 68600 Biesheim.
Check-in is from 4:30pm until 9pm from Monday to Saturday and from 2pm until 4:30 pm on Sunday.
Self check-in is available on evening after Restaurant Groff is closed. Breakfast will be served every days in our 2nd hotel, located 1181 feet away.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Die Beleuchtung am Bett ging nicht und es gab kaum dt. Fernsehprogramme - was jedoch außer zum Einschlafen auch nicht gefehlt hat ...

Pros:

Nous n’avons pas pris de petits déjeuners, ce n’était pas sur place. Nous avons aimé le local vélos fermant à clé.

Cons:

Établissement pratique, propre, idéal pour dormir. Mais sans déco et d’aspect un peu froid.
Point de vue personnel, pas difficile à améliorer d’ailleurs, et qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir si nous en avons l’occasion.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Très bon accueil et gentillesse de tout le personnel.
Le restaurant propose une carte variée, des plats locaux, excellente cuisine !
Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour l'hotel avec des chambres confortables, très propres et un petit dejeuner excellent !!
Place de stationnement et proximité de Colmar.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bien

Cons:

Hôtel un peu vieillot, dans son jus
La réception n'est pas dans le même bâtiment mais à quelques minutes à pied, c'est bizarre
Quasiment aucune insonorisation des chambres et du couloir

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel est très bien et la chambre était très chaleureuse. De plus l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter l'Alsace et l'Allemagne.
