Very nice staff at the reception.
But Rooms are not great at all, no Shampoo or Conditioner in bathroom, no USB plug, no kettle / coffee in room, the room above us was very noisy, pool area is not inviting, 2 euros to pay to get a pool towel, breakfast is not great quality. Far too expensive far what you get.
The room was poorly equipped and old style. Pool was dirty, Breakfast food was not great.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé pour visiter Vérone. La chambre était confortable et le personnel accueillant. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine, très agréable après une journée de visite.
La propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée. Nous avons notamment constaté beaucoup de poussière sur certains équipements et éléments de la chambre, comme les luminaires et les fixations murales, ce qui donne l’impression que le ménage en profondeur n’est pas fait régulièrement. Par ailleurs, le spa et le restaurant étaient fermés pendant notre séjour, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement qui met ces services en avant.
