Pros:

Cama do quarto, chuveiro e café da manhã e simpatia funcionários

Cons:

Dificuldade em encontrar recepção do hotel. Ao chegar de carro, este fica a uns 100 metros do prédio. Poucas orientações de onde ir. Nós chegamos de noite. Mau cheiro no banheiro

In view of my bad dinning experience I would not stay again.
Cons:

The hotel is In the middle of no where . When we arrived we couldn’t find entrance and called to be told we were not at the correct place. We received directions that sent us somewhere else. After over one hour driving around with an open line with the reception we arrived at the original destination.
Also The restaurant was not to the standard one would expect. From the main courses on the menu, from the 4 dishes only 2 were available . One was cod that was inedible and the other some sausage that was not palatable.

Hence if you do stay find somewhere else to eat.

Pros:

Accueil parfait malgré une arrivée tardive. Nous étions 2 couples. Angelo parle francais parfaitement. Repas excellent au gré du chef. Personnel très attentionne. Cadre superbe, chambres très confortables vue sur jardin.

Very overpriced. Bad value. Tiny tiny room. Heating didn‘t work. Would definitely not recommend. At cgeck out the young

Highly unfriendly staff. Can‘t drive up to the reception, we had to lug our baggage quite a ling way from the parking to our room through the pouring rain. No help was offered..

Should have received some discount on room rate
Pros:

Bed comfortable, good room size, breakfast area & serving staff. Unfortunately our worst stay of 7 accommodation stays in Italy

Cons:

This was to be our highlight stay unfortunately the worst sites. Had to request tea coffee kettle for room, fridge didn’t work and not replaced after reporting twice, had to use bucket ice for food and drinks, no outdoor table and advised closest parking 10m was for staff, guess parking 100m from room, swimming pool closed

Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le château Castel del Monte, juste à côté. Les lieux sont jolis et soignés. La chambre était sobrement décorée mais un peu spartiate et manquait de charme/personnalité et, on s'attendait à mieux pour un hôtel qui se vente d'être "luxury" et par rapport au reste des lieux. La literie et les oreillers beaucoup trop fermes à notre goût, nous avons mal dormi tellement ce n'était pas confortable. En revanche, le dîner dans le petit restaurant de l'établissement était excellent ! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Le petit déjeuner très bien aussi. Personnel de l'établissement très aimable.

Ci tornerei ma non in quella posizione!! Assurdo creare camere con questa pecca!!!

Tutto di ottimo livello!

Cons:

Peccato che la camera fosse praticamente al buio per tettoia esterna ad alberi che toglievano luce!
Ottima camera e bagno ma luce accesa anche in pieno giorno!!!! Siamo stati decisamente sfortunati!
