Gute Lage.VIele arabische Restaurants in der Nähe.Nah an Metro Yusofpasa und Aksaray und Yenikapi.  Zimmergröße war ok .

Cons:

Fitness kostet 200Lira pro Eintritt und Pool 500 Lira/Tag  extra.Viel zu teuer.Sollte meiner Meinung inklusive sein. Das Frühstück ist inklusive aber eine absolute Katastrophe.
Wer auf das Frühstück als Erlebnis setzt sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Nur 1 Sorte  weißes Brot , Marmelade und Ei . 3 Käsesorten die von vorgestern aussehen und manchmal  Cornflakes.  Ein bisschen Oliven und gekochte Kartoffeln.Keine Qualität.. Überhaupt versucht man das billigste vom billigen zu nehmen , was ja ok wäre wenn es schmecken würde.
Der "Service " ist schlimm. Die Zimmer werden alle 3 - 4 Tage oberflächlich gereinigt oder erst nach Aufforderung. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer wird vom Personal der Rezeption willkürlich,  wahrscheinlich  um Geld zu sparen, nach belieben ausgeschaltet bzw. auf 24-26 Grad geregelt ( im August !!!) . Jedes Mal muss man sich überwinden und an der Rezeption sagen das es zu warm im Zimmer ist. Am nächsten Tag das gleiche Spiel. Ich habe dafür bezahlt das es kühl ist, also lasst diesen Unfug. Der mehrmalige Nachfrage beide  Zimmer in der selben Etage zu haben  wegen den Kindern wurde ignoriert. So schlief die eine hälfe im 4. Und die andere im 2. Stock 18 Tage lang. Wir haben versucht so gut es geht dem Personal an der Rezeption zu meiden da diese nicht wirklich kompetent auftraten.
In diesem Hotel ist der Kunde nicht König.  Leider hatte ich aus Dummheit die 18 Nächte im voraus bezahlt ohne kostenloser Stornierungsoption. Sonst wäre ich maximal 2 Tage da geblieben bis ich was besseres finde.( direkt gegenüber) Wir haben das beste draus gemacht, fast immer draußen gefrühstückt und irgendwie ist die Zeit vergangen.  Leider lernen die Verantwortlichen des Hotels aus dieser und anderer Kritik  nicht. Sie werden wie bei den anderen negativen  Rezensionen antworten, das ich das Hotel schlecht machen möchte. Die Wahrheit tut weh. Verbessert einfach euren Servie !!! Lage und Zimmer sind ja ok.

الأشياء التي أعجبتني في فندق Valens Hotel Downtown هو في اتساع غرفة النوم المزدوجة وتحتوي على سرير مزدوج وسرير فردي حيث تقدر مساحتها ب30 متر مربع على الاكثر.

تطل غرفتي على شارع داخلي هاديء، بعيد عن ضجيج السيارات وصخب المارة، فهي لا تبعد أكثر من مسافة 150 أو 160 متر من محطة ترام يوسف باشا، وهذه ميزة رائعة جداً لموقع هذا الفندق.

كانت مرافق الغرفة جيدة بعض الشيء، حيث اقتصرت على وجود قنينتين مياه ومظاريف الشاي في اليوم الاول للحجز، هذا بالاضافة الى توافر قناني شامبو الشعر وجلّ الاستحمام (شاورز) والصابون ذو الرائحة الذكية في الحمام.

الأشياء التي لم تعجبني في فندق Valens Hotel Downtown هو عدم وجود بعض الاصناف المهمة أذكر منها، حساء الشوربة نادر الوجود، والاومليت اليومي غير متوافر، وأي نوع من أنواع المكسرات والمجففات على مختلف أنواعها مفقود، وكذلك أي صنف من أصناف العسل غير مُيَسّر، وكعك السيميت والسمون الاسمر غير موجودان، وأيضاً الفواكه على مختلف أصنافها غير متواجدة ما عدا البطيخ منهم.

يوجد القليل من أصناف الجبنة صنفان منهم، انما مزين في عدة اشكال، وفي عدم توافر الحليب الساخن انما البارد منه.
