Clear and good breakfast.
They had French vanilla coffee creamer and parking was only $6 and the dove shampoo and conditioner
I was told I would get a late check out at 12 pm and I was being rushed out at 11 am and the manager was rude. The room was freezing and it is off a main road so there was a lot of noise from cars driving.
I had such an uncomfortable stay that it is hard to see the positives, but here they are: the suite had two bathrooms (one had a shower), and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, it was difficult to enjoy breakfast because the dining area was too cold. The location was good for us.
We are a family of four and stayed in a King Suite with Sofa Bed. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not stay here again.
1. The windows cannot be opened. I was told this applies to all rooms.
2. You cannot completely turn off the AC. Even when set to OFF, the unit periodically blows cold air. The room was like a meat locker when we arrived, so we turned the AC off, but it continued blowing cold air throughout the night.
3. The blanket provided for the sofa bed was extremely thin. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because I was too cold. I spoke with another guest the next morning who had experienced the same AC problem and had been advised to unplug the unit from the wall. Early in the morning, I finally turned the heat on (which is ridiculous provided it was warm outside), but even then, the room would warm up and later start blowing cold air again. The breakfast area was also uncomfortably cold. Such a waste of energy.
4. The futon was extremely narrow. It was the narrowest futon I’ve ever seen offered as a sleeping space for two people.
5. We could not connect to Wi-Fi from the room - had to go to the lobby.
The breakfast was pretty simple with options to please a variety of preferences. Most of the staff were pleasant and was constantly cleaning.

They organize
Maintenance outside of my window did not let me sleep early in the morning. The noise from outside my window was horrible . Why charge $6 for parking that could be free ??
Clean rooms, facilities were good but the front desk lady is despicable.
They cut off water supply minutes before a concert causing a 3 hour delay, my friend was caught mid shower and the front desk lady was super unprofessional and rude about this. Cannot name her because she wasn't wearing a uniform with a name tag, which I now think was on purpose. They did not inform us about the cut, slid a notice with THE WRONG DAY BOLDED OUT 3 HOURS BEFORE CUTTING IT, AND LATER TRIED TO JUSTIFY IT AS A TYPO. DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER DECENT OPTIONS
The room was spacious enough for us, not a lot of noise. I was originally worried about leaving my car in the parking lot but it was just fine. No noise up and down the hallways and the elevators were fast!
Breakfast (although it was free) didn’t have that many options, but can’t complain too much about something free.
