Cons:

Siamo arrivati durante una giornata di pioggia a Chengdu. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una brutto primo impatto. La hall era allegata, la zona con lavori in corso e ci è capitata una stanza con muri rotti per l’umidità.
La ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima. Abbiamo pagato solo una notte come “penale” e abbiamo preferito andare via.

Pros:

Stanza molto grande confortevole staff disponibile abbiamo fatto un ceck out tardivo alle 18 pagando la metà del costo della stanza e mi è sembrato onesto rispetto alla prassi di farti pagare il costo totale della camera. Hanno anche buon ristorante. La zona è carina e con Didi ti muovi facilmente

Location vicino al tempio wenshu. La sera era comodo uscire e fare passeggiate lungo la via pedonale. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Bagno fornito di ogni comfort. Staff cortese e parlante lingua inglese.

Todo. El personal se portó muy bien con nosotros. Durante nuestro viaje mi pareja enfermó y tuvimos que ir a urgencias por la noche, una situación que asusta cuando estas en otro país. El personal llamó al hospital para asegurarse de que estaba abierto y nos dio aguas para el viaje. A raiz de la fiebre, nos tuvimos que quedar en el hotel varios dias, y las chicas de recepción nos ayudaron muchisimo durante nuestro hospedaje. Les estamos realmente agradecidos.

El hotel esta muy bien situado y las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y modernas. Solo llegar, nos ofrecieron un refresco, y en la habitación nos habían dejado algunos dulces y vino. Estaba todo muy limpio. Además nos dieron un mapa y nos explicaron que podiamos ir a ver y recomendaciones.

El desayuno tiene muchas opciones, entre ellas occidentales, y el jardín donde se toma es muy bonito. Todas las instalaciones son preciosas, y se nota que el hotel está bien cuidado.

Cons:

Nada, estaba todo genial. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Pros:

È un hotel fantastico: ha un’ottima posizione per fare due passi nella zona commerciale, vicino al famoso Monastero di Wenshu e non lontano dalla metro.La colazione è sia occidentale sia cinese,con una scelta molto varia.

Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo, in particolare Jane, Bella e Lily, che ci hanno aiutato con qualsiasi richiesta. Perfino il giorno della partenza, visto che non avevamo tempo per fare colazione, ci hanno preparato un pacchetto da portare via con tramezzini, yogurt e un dolce.
Torneremmo volentieri! 😊
