Заселились в этот отель в Чэнду на несколько дней в ходе большого путешествия по центральным и западным провинциям Китая. После бронирования через Booking прислали огромное "полотно" со всей возможной необходимой информацией, за такое отношение респект! При заезде сразу впечатлили очень приветливые и обходительные сотрудники - выбежали на улицу (!) помогать заносить вещи в отель. Пока мы регистрировались, эти же вещи очень плавно сотрудники перенесли в номер. На ресепшене на хорошем английском, что не часто можно встретить в Китае, все рассказали и показали про округу, выдали карту. Сервис на очень высоком уровне. Номер оказался очень чистый и удобный, умные шторы и умный туалет... Есть все необходимое. Хорошие одноразовые тапочки и гигиенические приборы. Площадь номера небольшая, но есть место, где удобно оставить два чемодана в открытом виде - это важно. Вид из окна на старые китайские черепичные крыши. В номере кругом все в тематике панд). Помимо номера стоит отметить очень приятную территорию отеля, везде расставлены милые статуэтки панд, очень много зелени, приятная атмосфера. На завтраке также было прекрасное обслуживание. Завтрак хороший: на выбор несколько основных блюд + небольшой шведский стол. Но конечно, по китайским меркам далеко не самый обильный и вкусный - может быть так было, потому что мы приехали не в сезон и туристов было мало, а при высокой загруженности шведский стол намного богаче - это только предположение.
Отель расположен в очень интересном районе - не самый самый центр Чэнду (до площади Tianfu пешком не дойдешь), но здесь очень приятно гулять, своеобразный креативный квартал. До метро идти 10/15 минут мимо монастыря Wenshu вдоль интересных магазинов.
Когда уезжали, сотрудники также сами вызвались помочь докатить все вещи до такси, хотя они были весьма тяжелые. Девушка в прямом смысле бежала помогать, видя, что мы пытаемся быстренько все сделать сами!
Завтрак можно еще немного подтянуть до супер уровня и тогда будет совсем все замечательно в этом отеле. Отель расположен далековато от метро, но сама дорога к нему очень комфортная и приятная - почему бы не прогуляться.
Personale che parla inglese fluente (decisamente non scontato), gentilissimo e professionale. Camera pulita e colazione impeccabile, posizione altrettanto ottima. Abbiamo anche chiesto loro di organizzarci un tour di una giornata con autista, servizio perfetto e prezzo modico! Ci siamo presi il raffreddore e si sono addirittura premurati di accompagnarci a comprare le medicine facendo da interpreti e offrendosi di portarci da un dottore (di cui fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto bisogno). Assolutamente perfetto, consigliatissimo!
Most friendly staff ever. Very sweet people that speak Englihs. If visiting Chengdu, this is the place to stay.

Самый вежливый и услужливый прием из всех моих путешествий! Девушке на ресепшн отдельный респект! Все рассказала, показала, дала с собой карту. Маленький, но потрясающе удобный номер. Великолепное расположение прямо в старом городе с традиционной архитектурой, пешеходными улицами, сувенирными лавочками, ресторанчиками, близко от центра и метро.
El personal super amable, muy simpáticas las chicas del lobby del hotel. Hablan un inglés muy fluido, el desayuno riquísimo, muy accesible a la estación de metro ( a unos 5min caminando) y las habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas.
o café da manhã tinha dois estilos de opção, o oriental e ocidental, o que era muito bom pois voce poderia experimentar a culinária local, ou ficar no que é mais comum em países ocidentais. O chá de jasmim com bolachas era maravilhoso (bolachas que eram da loja que fica em frente ao hotel, então passe por lá!!!) a localização era muito boa proximo da linha 1 do metro e também de pontos de onibus. a area fica proximo a um templo que tambem é muito bom de visitar e tem uma rua que vende muitos presentinhos e lembranças do local. O quarto em si era muito bom, bem limpo, e quentinho, pois fui no inverno, havia uma chaleira disponivel no quarto. O staff do hotel tambem era muito simpatico, e ajudou no que foi necessário.
a água do chuveiro era meio fraca e era dificil controlar a temperatura (ficava muito quente), mas nada tão impossivel de tentar ajustar

Super hotel przy super lokalizacji, gdzie mamy dostęp do różnych barów oraz punktów zwiedzania. Personel bardzo miły i zawsze gotów do pomocy. Hotel bardzo nowoczesny i funkcyjny. Śniadania dobre (wybór z karty). Naprawdę polecam z całego serca.

Staying at this hotel felt less like staying at a hotel and more like visiting close friends or a nice family member.
From the very first day, the atmosphere was incredibly warm, welcoming, and caring. The hosts genuinely go out of their way to help with everything — and they do it with such kindness and patience.
No matter what we asked, they always explained everything in detail. Whether it was recommendations for the best traditional Chinese massage, buying some tea or a good place to get a haircut, they were always happy to help and made us feel completely taken care of.
The cleanliness deserves a special mention — everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. You could really feel the care and attention in every detail!
I cannot recommend this place enough!

I love every single thing about this hotel. The room is super cuteee and comfortable. Smells nice from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The breakfast is also good! And the garden… lovely!
But i have to say the main thing I love about this place is the staffs. They can speak english very well and they are all so helpful from the moment we arrived. We had trouble using alipay and the staffs were so kind in helping us to resolve the issue.
They also helped us booked the ticket to panda base. When we had to leave for the airport early in the morning, they even offered to pack us some breakfast. I can’t say thank you enough 🥹❤️

The staff is warm, welcoming and all speak English very well. There is a personal touch when dealing with the guests. The location is perfect as it is close enough to the center but not in an area with only tall buildings. Many shops and eateries around with a feel of the local community as well.
Some of the automatic lights in the bathroom will switch itself on in the middle of the night. Since the toilet is not in an area separated from the shower, the automatic toilet cover will always open up when you don't need to use the toilet. I think automatic toilet is only suitable when you have a separate cubical for using the toilet.
