Perfect!

The perfect stay and staff
Pros:

Location is very good. Staff are amazing. They were helpful with everything. Extra compliment to Sophie who put together a fantastic day tour for us. Same for the guide Cora they send with us. It was one of the best days of out China trip. Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast was fine. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Chengdu.

Cons:

Shower was taking forever to get warm and weak water pressure. But this is quite common in China.

Un sitio maravilloso y la mejor puerta de entrada posible a China. Habitaciones impecables, camas muy cómodas, baños limpísimos y un sitio espectacular. Encima con desayuno con opciones occidentales y café. Lo mejor por supuesto el personal

Un acierto para tu estancia en Chendgu
Pros:

Todo!
La habitación enorme, todo moderno (nomotizado, hasta la tapa del baño). El personal super amable y hablaban todas inglés. El desayuno muy rico y la terraza interior muy cuca sin olvidar pandas por todas partes 😊
Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Really enjoyable stay, the self-help washing facility was excellent.
Pros:

Staff was really helpful and introduced us to some good restaurants around the hotel.

Cons:

A little bit far away from traditional sightseeing places. Also, the main entrance was tucked in and not easy to find.

Exceptionally Relaxing, Clean, & Comfortable with Very Kind Staff
Pros:

We stayed there for two nights. It was a bit hard to find the location but good and safe enough to walk around and shop. When we entered inside everything seemed so relaxing. There is small garden near the reception with love birds, that reminds the love and kindness. The playing Chinese music was comforting. The staff were smiling, kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel and the rooms were so clean, neat, and orderly that I felt so happy, especially after our stay in another hotel. Our luggages were brought for us to our room and air conditioning was already opened before we arrived to our room. We stayed in the family room. The panda design is very enjoyable. That was large enough for families with one child. The showerhead was high quality. We liked the snacks and teas. Also the big window and bird voices coming outside was attractive, making the place more natural. The breakfast was good. The vegetables and fruits were my favorite. Laundry was simple to do. All in all this hotel made our two days in Chengdu more pleasant and relaxing. We were eager to return to our hotel to rest during the day. I hope we can come here again.

Cons:

First of all, the location was a bit difficult to find for us. The hotel entrance and lobby would be cooler with an air conditioning. I wanted to spend more time there to read books and write but I could not because it was hot. Still they let us sit inside the restaurant part which was cool enough. In our first room there was no refrigerator. There could be one to make our water cool. The panda faces in the room could be smiling 😁 There could be boiled eggs for the breakfast. It is more than enough but of course could be even better with the useful feedback from the guests.

Alojamiento y atención al cliente muy bien, pero cocina mejorable
Pros:

Cogimos la habitación familiar aunque somos dos personas y fue un acierto, porque el espacio y la cama extra nos vinieron muy bien para extender el equipaje. El baño estaba muy bien. El personal de recepción y de guest ervice muy amable, cogimos con ellos una opera y nos hicieron muchas recomendaciones para otras visitas.

Cons:

El desayuno lo vimos muy muy justo, un buffet muy pequeño, con pocas opciones y sin leche de vaca fría. Cenamos un día en el restaurante del hotel y nos dejó bastante que desear.

L’allotjament està molt ben ubicat i en una bona zona (aprop del Monasteri Wenshu).
El personal és molt amable i t’ajuda en tot el que poden. L’esmorzar està molt bo i és abundant.
