Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Mittags oder Abends besser am Strand auswärts essen gehen, da das Hotelessen im Verhältnis teuer und qualitätsmässig schlecht ist.
Die Zimmer und auch die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist zwar sauber aber hat viele Makel, die man beseitigen sollte. Badezimmer hat mir eine Wanne zum duschen (Junior Suit hatten wir).

במידה ואתם בחדרים של מבוגרים בלבד זה קצת רחוק מהחדר אוכל והים צריך קלאב קאר שיקח אתכם ולפעמים חיכינו קצת.
חדר אוכל ללא מיזוג חם מאוד .

Love the resort . Beautiful
Pros:

The room is clean. Bathroom is spacious. Balcony look great . Buggy to go around is very helpful and easy to call them . They just come picking up so quick

Cons:

Pool need a bit Reno but water is warm

Beautiful clean resort
Pros:

Clean tidy rooms, lovely pool area, pretty nice resort.

Cons:

The customer service didn’t quite match the beautiful environment and surroundings. Compared to other hotels and resorts the customer service was a little disappointing tbh.

Pros:

This is an all-inclusive resort hotel, full of families and activities tailored for people lounging at the hotel during their trip.

The adult zone is nice, very quiet, and with a lovely pool. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The view from the 5th floor was gorgeous.

The sky restaurant is also very nice (a bit overpriced for the food quality),but the staff was super nice, and the ambience is lovely. The hotel staff is very helpful, always trying to help you with the inquiries, and giving you the best tips. Free shuttle to and back from the village, a lovely beachfront with local market, massages, and cheap laundry hehe.

Cons:

As a couple who loves to travel and explore, this resort was not convienely located and far from the village. We couldn't rent a motorbike from the beach front as they all were gone at 9am, and had to walk/find another option,which was far from the hotel. The taxi prices are outrageous - 300 and 400 thb to drive 2 km... The resort is very family oriented,so you will be surrounded by kids all the time. People leave their towels overnight to secure the spot on the beach and the pool, and the hotel staff do not collect them. We had a huge argument with the lady on the beach who claimed she put her towel on the chair at 8am, algought we were there before 8 and she was not there. She kept screaming and offending us for taking her chair, and since then, we found a nicer beach nearby where no one screams at you. This is really not the hotel's fault, but tells you a lot of what sort of people stay in this hotel.

The breakfast was not great - warm juices, very limited offer. The hotel food (buffet) is not worth the money (if you have not paid for all-inclusive).

Overall, we were expecting a bit more of this hotel, but it is also not the worst one.

The hotel was wonderful. But let down by NYE.
Pros:

Lovely hotel.
Staff in restaurants were amazing.
Staff in the reception were nice, but they always had to get a manager to answer questions. The managers seem a bit abrupt.

Cons:

Went for NYE where we paid 6,000 bhart each for the gala. It was such a lot of money with a very poor experience. The staff tried their best but the event was overpriced massively. This is UK prices for an amazing NYE. It was that poor we ended up walking out and going to the beach instead.
We also paid for an extra night and asked twice for our room to be cleaned and it was just ignored. A bad end to our amazing Thailand trip to be honest.

This is a great resort with lots to do around it.
Pros:

Great location good beach,restaurants and massage places on the beach.

Cons:

The property needs some repairs. The jacuzzi off our pool access room only worked once in 6 days and it took the staff 2 days to look at the problem each time after making contact with them.

Boring very disappointed.

The breakfast was very good

Cons:

The adult zone the pool bar closed at 6 which should have been open a lot longer at least until and that’s only at least. The roof top bar only opened 3 nights a week and there was only space for 4 couples. The restaurant on the beach also had limited seating consequently my husband and I had to go to our room early and couples that we met had to do the same thing. In our experience a fairly large bar on the beach with a musician and his guitar signing songs goes a long way and basically you should be providing more for your adult guests as you STATE that you are a 5 star hotel. We were very disappointed.
