Very bad experience. We booked with booking .com. when we reached jaipur on 28th dec called for location . They said we didn't get have booking for you. After that they even didn't pick our calls . We were facing so much problem with kids at that time for finding another hotel . We have very very bad experience

Not worth at this price range
Pros:

Good Space and location was good Approx 1 Km from both Railway Station and Bus depot.

Cons:

First of all I booked for Shesha Mahal Apartment, at the time of Checkin the host told me that they were sold out irrespective of my booking made a week earlier. The host change my place of stay in near by building and also provided room in the First floor and price was not reduced as changed in place of stay.

The picture posted don't show the real pictures. No toiletries was provided. Towel provided was in used condition and not a fresh one. The almirah having used pair of shocks in the cabinet, no cleaning was made since last used. Bedsheet was changed on request basis otherwise the host wasn't in the mood to change it and same with quilt cover.

It is my recommendation that people should opt for a better hotel at this rate in Jaipur coz there are lots of best option available in the city at this range of price. And also you will get better services at the price paid to hotel.

A true homestay,safe and in a wonderful locality.
Pros:

It was an amazing stay,it's in a secure location with loads of nice eateries and places to visit.The room came with cutlery ,toaster,microwave and induction which is really great when you are family of four who love their early morning tea.
The location is safe,for us the experience was as if we were in our own home just in a different place.
It is close to the city and to roastry coffee house,it's a stroll away from the little french home and many such things.

Cons:

I think it's common in jaipur to have an ant problem which is something the renters have to be careful about in regards to keeping sweets outside or bread and such,thankfully the host leaves a load of cleaning supply which helps tackle any and all problems.
