Important information:

Reception opening hours from January to June and from September to December:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Sundays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 19:30.

Reception opening hours in July and August:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00.
Saturday: 07:30 to 21:00.
Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

From Monday to Friday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00.
On Saturday, check-in is possible from 16:00 until 21:00.

If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the reception in advance to get the access codes.

Please note that bed linen is provided, while cleaning kit is not.

The card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival. Failing to do so will result in a booking cancellation.

For stays up to 6 nights (all rates included), only the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included.

For stays of 7 nights or more (all rates included), the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included as well as a weekly cleaning with linen change.

The pool is open daily from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable, emplacement top (si on a une voiture) proche de la dune du Pilat et d'Arcachon. La douche et le balcon sont très spacieux.

je regrette l'absence de pain le matin ainsi que le grille pain , mais surtout la climatisation.
Cons:

pas de baguette de pain le matin .
pas de grille pain
pas de climatisation le ventilateur de plafond avec 38 degrés c'est inefficace. Donc un confort plus que médiocre.

Malgré ces détails je qualifie notre séjour agréable

Seul bémol……. Pas de climatisation !!!
