Horrible
Cons:

Il est noté réception jusqu'à 10pm mais c'est faux. Ils sont présents jusqu'à 6pm.
Je suis arrivée à 9pm, j'ai dû attendre 45 min qu'un personnel viennent me faire le checkin. Il ne voulait pas me donner les codes d'entrées (numériques) à distance --> Acceuil : 0

La chambre lit queen que j'ai prise n'avait pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur mais une fenêtre donnant sur le couloir où tout le monde passe. Les rideaux qu'ils y ont mis ne sont permettent pas une réelle intimité.

La salle de bains partagée est vétuste

Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout pour le prix, on peut trouver nettement mieux

Pros:

这间酒店我很满意，很喜欢，尤其是厕所灯没有了，我马上通知服务员，服务员会去找人换灯泡，换了灯泡就亮了，不过我一关了灯，开回开关电源，又不亮了，直到第二天我退房通知服务员叫人来检查下电路

Didn't resolve my issue and left it as that from booking.com to hotel level. Very very bad experience.

As a long term booking.com clients that booked with since 2020..... for this matter is totally not acceptable

Pros:

If possible please fix the sockets and please provide the mineral water but over all the facilities is nice staff is friendly, the price is bit expensive maybe it because its near jonker street and others historical places.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Not clean, we were asked to move to a different hotel which had a worse location and the state of the hotel was bad which wasn’t shown on the pictures.
