Мені сподобався і номер готелю і сам готель і привітний ресторан. Дуже потішили ціни в самому ресторані

Hotel pulito e bellissimo, peccato per l'accoglienza!
Pros:

L'hotel è molto accogliente. Non avendo usufruito di tutti i servizi non posso darne una valutazione ma le ragazze della reception ce li hanno illustrati al check in ed eravamo ben informati di quali potessero essere. La nostra stanza era con vista piscina ed era molto bello la mattina, appena svegli, scostare le tende e avere quella vista. Eravamo in macchina e l'hotel è dotato di parcheggio, quindi è stato davvero comodo soggiornare lì. Inoltre era davvero pulito.

Cons:

La reception non è stata molto accogliente. Non so se per timidezza o perché non curano molto questo aspetto. Questo lo abbiamo notato perché la reception è il biglietto da visita di un hotel e il check in, seppure ricco di informazioni, non ci ha lasciato il calore dell'accoglienza. È importante essere esaustivi quanto alle informazioni ma è altrettanto importante guardare gli ospiti negli occhi e scambiare qualche parola con loro.

Inoltre la prima mattina trascorsa lì abbiamo richiesto un bollitore (cosa che di solito è presente nelle camere) e ci è arrivato dopo tantissimo tempo e un sollecito da parte nostra.
