All in all it was a good stay. We wish it really was closer to the SM Mall.
Pros:

It was roomy, clean. Needs an ironing board and a flat iron. Personable owners. Am sure they will add improvements..

Cons:

Getting into the toilet was complicated. Open the foor and yiu have to do a sidestep

The whole stay was just nice, it was a comfy and pleasant experience.
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the king-size bed provided a luxurious and comfortable night's sleep. The convenience of self-check-in streamlined the process, and its proximity to SM Mall made it an ideal location. The cleanliness and cozy ambiance further enhanced my overall satisfaction with the stay. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, we ended up parking quite far from the unit.

Clogged bathroom. Full of ants. Leaks everywhere. Do not stay here. Arrogant host.
Cons:

The host is arrogant , we made a simple mistake of 'keeping the lights/AC on’ after the checkout and i offered to pay for the electric bill , instead of communicating correctly and professioanlly , the host tried to belittle me and my guest.

No AC in living room. So when we went out I left the bedroom door open to have the place cooled. So whats the issue here? Belittling guests for a simple mistake and then proceeding to harass us after the check out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Again. I offered to pay for the electric since the host thinks he’s so tough WILSON.
Avoid staying here.

Honest review - Sofa is old , kitchen sink is clogged , under the kitchen sink is full of water leaks , bathroom also gets clogged and full of water on the floor , the unit is full of ants also , advisable not to stay here.

If you do , follow instructions ever so carefully or you will be harassed by the male host who thinks hes so tough.

This is a worthy spend-a lot better than many units in One Oasis.
Pros:

The staff was responsive. The unit is spacious but no A/C in the living room. Free water was a nice gesture.

Cons:

The sofa was a bit run down.
