Персонал грубый, в номере грязно, что бы убрались надо было по несколько раз упрашивать, мебель старая, половина выключателей не работает, холодильник то грел то морозил до льда, кондиционер течет, завтраки отвратительные, соль так и не нашли, вилки ложки все в одной куче, противно было прикасаться...можно и дальше продолжать. Больше ни ногой в данный отель, отдых испорчен, выехали на неделю раньше выкупленного номера. Однозначно - НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

Отель очень рекомендую - удобно, качественно, отличный пляж
Pros:

Отель очень хороший, удобные номера со своей кухней и балконом. Если номер выходит на лагуну, то очень красивые виды, в том числе на закат. В номере удобная планировка, все есть. Когда выбирала отель, прочитала много негативных отзывов, в общем и целом не могу их подтвердить. Отель очень удобен для отдыха на прекрасном пляже Бангтао, собственный тенистый пляж с соснами, лежаков всегда достаточно, хотя отель был полностью загружен. На пляже душ, туалет, кафе, все есть. Чудесный трансфер на лодочке по лагуне, атмосферно. 3 приятных бассейна, много тени. С детками очень рекомендую здесь остановиться. Я бы вернулась

Поработать над завтраками. Наладить клиентоориентированность, и поработать с персоналом в части уборки и решения проблем

Расположение выше всяких похвал!!! Удобно как до пляж, так и до магазинов, ресторанов и тд!!! Пляж думаю лучший на всем побережье, отдыхали в Angsane, и там на пляже ни единого дерева, а здесь весь день можно отдыхать в тени деревьев и не обгореть!) на пляже две маленькие кафешки с фрешами и другими тайскими радостями!) у отеля хороший бассейн, номера в целом тоже неплохие, оснащение на 5ку!

Cons:

Очень некачественная уборка, еще и через день😏. завтраки прям скудные… сыр странно нарезанный кубиками, одна и та же единственная каша каждый день. Жаренный рис, который уж есть во всех наверно отелях на завтрак был изредка и совсем не вкусный… ну и отношение персонала на ресепшн не порадовало, очень не дружелюбно вели себя переодически. Ни по одной просьбе, где нужен был какой то индивидуальный подход, не пошли на встречу…

Das Hotel ist irgendwie abgelegen. In der Laguna gibt es zwar Restaurants, die sind aber eher teuer. Alles ist sehr touristisch und mir fehlte das Thai-Flair.

В целом 3 с минусом из 5. На долгий срок не рекомендую туда заезжать.
Pros:

Расположение вполне удобное и пляж рядом и магазины с ресторанами . Интернет работал норм. Есть холодильник и небольшая кухня. На ресепшене быстро реагируют на все просьбы.

Cons:

Не понравились быдло-соотечественники, которые ведут себя как свиньи, что взрослые, что их дети. Прибежать к 7 утра на пляж, бросить на лежак полотенце и убежать дальше там спать, срать или еще че-то делать, а после всего еще и срачь после себя оставить. Думаю тайцам нужно ввести какое-то тестирование при въезде в страну, чтобы проверять знания у людей как вести себя в общественных местах и что такое культурный турист. Что касается отеля: завтраки отвратительные, ресторан в котором они проходят, тоже ниже среднего если даже туда на ужин ходить. Коктейли, которые там делают, тоже не вкусные и не стоят своих денег. Уборка раз в 2 дня, но приходят всегда в разное время, то утром, то днем, один раз пришли в 7 вечера. Так же учтите что туда приезжают с животными, и можете жить в номере где до вас жили с какой-то псиной(это к вопросу о брезгливости). Или какая-то псина может бегать и пить из бассейна или в обще поссать туда.

Perfect for us, in a beautiful location
Pros:

Been coming to Cassia for annually for about 6 years. Perfect for us being an elderly couple. Lovely location, room has excellent facilities with own kitchenette. Very pleasant staff. Overall suits our needs perfectly.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better as freshly cooked items are left to stand & therefore get cold. Heated lights were not over the food. Apart from that everything else exceptional.
