This hotel does not disappoint
Pros:

The staff are so customer focused, we absolutely loved our stay, the free boat shuttle to the beach was so cute. Breakfast catered for everyone! Gluten free options available too!! Well done Cassia, amazing.

Cons:

Nothing. Just perfect for us. We loved that our suite also had an upstairs!!!

Комфортный отдых
Pros:

Персонал улыбается и старается помочь. Номер комфортный и удобный. По лагуне плаваешь на пляж очень красиво. На пляже хорошие шезлонги , душ , охрана.
Рядом много магазинов, кафе. Комфортно гулять в этом районе.

Cons:

Само море на Банг Тао Аля Анапа,видимо, поэтому так много людей с малышами.

Pros:

Удобная локация в прекрасном месте, хороший пляж, на котором всегда можно найти свободные лежаки. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда был рад помочь, подсказать. На первом этаже есть круглосуточный магазин.

Мало мест хранения в номере. Отдыхали 2 взрослых и ребенок и еле разложили все.

Персонал грубый, в номере грязно, что бы убрались надо было по несколько раз упрашивать, мебель старая, половина выключателей не работает, холодильник то грел то морозил до льда, кондиционер течет, завтраки отвратительные, соль так и не нашли, вилки ложки все в одной куче, противно было прикасаться...можно и дальше продолжать. Больше ни ногой в данный отель, отдых испорчен, выехали на неделю раньше выкупленного номера. Однозначно - НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!
