Merece la pena, volvería a repetir.
Pros:

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien, bastante nuevo todo y limpio. Está bien comunicado, en la calle de delante tienes bus que te lleva al centro en 10 min y en la otra el tramvia. Y tienes varios supermercados al lado.

Cons:

La cama no era muy cómoda, se hundía y no había gel de ducha

Pros:

La posizione giusta per le mie esigenze, anche se situato al centro di ex capannoni industriali ricattato a commerciale e di aree fatiscenti.

Cons:

Il letto incastonato fra due muri. Uno dei due occupanti poteva scendere con grande scomodità. Il disordine e la sporcizia dell'intorno.

The accommodation was very good. The bed was comfortable, and there was a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. There was also dish soap and a sponge in the kitchen. The bathroom had enough toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment included a TV, air conditioning, a dining table and chairs, and an iron. The location was excellent, with public transportation available at all times and shops right next to the accommodation. It was a very quiet and pleasant area. We were very satisfied with our stay.”

Ottima esperienza, appartamento confortevole, posizione comoda e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò volentieri.
Pros:

Tutto. È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui e mi sono sentita come a casa. Molto comodo avere il supermercato vicino. In generale tutto è a portata di mano e ci si può muovere facilmente anche senza usare i mezzi pubblici.

El barrio muy tranquilo, lo cual no había interferencias

C’era della muffa sulla parete che creava una puzza incredibile. Inoltre lo scarico della doccia non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la proprietà. Devo dire che sono stati veloci a venire, togliere la muffa e aggiustare lo scarico, ma una notte l’abbiamo dovuta passare con la puzza di muffa!!! Inoltre il letto era un divano letto piccolissimo e in due era a dir poco scomodo. Fosse costato 50 euro a notte avrei anche evitato di lasciare questa recensione, ma a 100 è una truffa

Que era tranquilo y la zona también

Cons:

El apartamento podría estar en mejores condiciones si se le diera una mano de pintura y se arreglará algún desperfecto.
El sofá cama incomodísimo y ruidoso.
La cafetera super pequeña,escaso menaje, solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico.... vamos q no repetiría en el sitio.

Непогане розташування. Поряд магазини.

Cons:

Ну, якщо чесно, якщо люди заїжджають на тиждень то можна покласти хоча б кілька пакетиків кави, чаю, цукру, солі, пару пробників шампунів, поставити водички. Це звісно ніхто не зобов'язаний робити, але приємно і відчуваєш, що про тебе дбають. Цього нічого не було на жаль.
Було б добре пральну машину в номер, бо заїзжаючи на тиждень мусили прати вручну у раковині, яка для цього не призначена і не зручна.
