Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great to have free snacks in lounge area with free coffee etc. Nice to have some snacks and water supplied in room.

Cons:

Bathroom very small and had to ask for it to be cleaned as floor around loo and shower area needed cleaning. Much too Hot and unable to cool room enough even with air conditioning

Отличный отель в центре
Pros:

Понравилось всё: место (три минуты до Софии, весь центр в пешем доступе, но и транспорт рядом), завтрак (шведский стол, веранда с видом на Босфор, окно на Голубую мечеть), номер (чисто, свежо, в ванне все расходники, в холодильнике ежедневно пополняемые вода, газировка, снеки), на первом этаже холл с диванами, кофемашиной и печеньем, персонал (дружелюбный и отзывчивый).

Нареканий нет!

Bellissima esperienza da ripetere!
Pros:

La terrazza panoramica è molto bella e la colazione buona e variegata.
Il personale è disponibile e cerca di venirti sempre in contro.
La camera è pulita e ordinata.
La posizione è perfetta e anche i locali intorno all'albergo sono migliori di quelli che puoi trovare nella zona, molto cari e niente di ché.

Cons:

Una cosa più di estetica che di praticità ma visto che la camera era molto curata un pò un peccato.
Nella nostra camera non c'erano cassetti/comodini o armadi per i vestiti, ma una stecca con delle stampelle per appenderli nel mobile davanti al letto.
Suggerirei di aggiungere delle ante di legno che renderebbero più gradevole la camera e magari un paio di mensole. Sicuramente anche la cassaforte andrebbe rivista.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dosyć dużo pokoje, bardzo miła obsługa, dobry widok z tarasu na dachu hotelu

Łazienki w średnim stanie, nie domykajace się drzwi w prysznicu i czas w brzydki zapach z rur. Trochę monotonne śniadania. Słabe wyciszenie pomiędzy korytarzem, a pokojem

Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, úžasný personál - ochotní, milí. Pokoj s balkonem a pohodlnými postelemi, v koupelně krom běžné drogerie i kartáčky na zuby, pasta. Snídaně na terase - krásný výhled, snídaně moc dobrá, celodenně v lobby k dispozici káva a sušenky.

Vom reveni cu drag!
Pros:

Totul. Aproape de obiectivele turistice, cu o parcare foarte aproape de hotel cu 10 Euro/zi si vedere la mare de pe terasa hotelului, unde am luat si micul dejun. Gazdele au fost foarte ospitaliere, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze si in ajutorul nostru. Am avut suită cu 2 dormitoare si o baie, paturile au foarte confortabile, iar baia a fost minunata. Am gasit curățenie, s a făcut zilnic curățenie, deci nimic de reprosat. Micul dejun ar fi putut fi mai diversificat, dar oricum e indestulator! Vom reveni cu siguranță! Ne am simțit ca acasă!
