Central location!
Pros:

Location is great!
The staff went out of their way once they realized there were things that needed to be fixed.
Overall, I liked the staff dedication to making the guests more comfortable.
It is good value for money!

Cons:

There was no hot water due to diesel issues in India.

Pros:

The location is central, close to chandni chowk. The price is reasonable. However, they add extra tax to advertised price.

Cons:

There was no hot water.
Breakfast was not good.
There is no airport pickup for deluxe or standard rooms....
The bathroom vanity was leaking heavily.

Pros:

Although the restaurant was closed due to reconstruction work we got breakfast delivered to our hotel room. It was very tasty.
The personell was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room did not look like in the photos. Everything seemed to be older and a bit run down. Also the noise from the street was quite loud compared to the other hotels we stayed at in India.

Also some part of the surrounding area seemed not to be save for walking. At least that's what locals told us.

Great short stay
Pros:

Efficient communication, taxi waited outside of the arrival hall even at short notice, clean and spacious room, helpful staff.
The lobby didn’t give us a good first impression but the room was definitely comfortable.
A tuktuk ride away to Chandni Chowk

Cons:

The lobby that was still in renovation but that’s still okay.
