Even though we were visiting the Dolomites the end of May, we had amazing weather!
Pros:

La Tambra was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was so welcoming and answered all of our questions on arrival. The rooms were very clean and breakfasts were wonderful including homemade cakes (even two gluten free options.) The restaurant downstairs has a great menu and is very good. We ended up using the local bus instead of renting a car to visit the Dolomites. The bus stop was close by and the bus came often enough to get us to Ortisei when we wanted to get there. The second day we rented e-bikes from the shop right across the street to scoot around Santa Cristina which was a lot of fun.

We've had a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
Pros:

La Tambra is very well located in the center of S Cristina in Val Gardena. Everything is in few minutes walk range.
The apartment we used was well equipped and very clean. All the staff were polite and attentive. High score for the breakfast also. We've had a wonderful holiday.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern. Die Sauna im Zimmer war für uns das Beste. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Lage zwischen dem Monte Pana Lift und Sasslong war ideal, man kann beide Lifte zu Fuss erreichen . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Für mich war das Bett etwas zu hart. Aber das ist ja auch sehr individuell für jeden anders.

Pros:

Christine was exceptional attending to our needs and very thoughtful. We had the option of choosing the new hotel across with private sauna in the rooms. It was an amazing experience! Bed was very comfortable and amenities including room slippers were provided. I would stay here again! We also tried La Tambra restaurant and food quality was very good and great service staff! We had to check out at 6am and she prepared some food and drinks to go, which I really appreciate the personal touch!

Cons:

Pillows are too soft BUT the mattress and quilt cover is so comfortable.
