Comfortable convinced good and excellent.
Pros:

GM of the hotel is super friendly and anything I ask or I have any issue she will helps me to solve my problem.

Overall bed is comfortable, room is big what I expected, breakfast is good as well, near to sunset town and everything was good. That is free shuttle service go to airport provided by hotel and hotel provided baggy service from cable car station to hotel.

Wasn't an issue for us, however the ocean facing rooms are a little noisy, but after around 11.00pm it goes quiet.

Phu Quoc "sunset town" , is a complete fake. It's massage parlour, hotel, restaurant.,on every street.There is literally nothing else.it has thousands of vacant apartment buildings, all looking the same.They have tried to recreate the Amalfi coast. But it's all fake. Our hotel was located across the road from a disco bar. So don't try and go to sleep before 10.30 pm. The hotel pool is located across the road adjacent to the disco bar, so we didn't bother using it. Unless you want a beach holiday, don't go.

Loved everything. Breakfast was OK not my favorite. Hotel staff were super wonderful and planned everything. I would highly recommend this hotel if this is where you want to stay in Phu Quoc. You are right in the heart to things with the Firewords performance outside your window if staying with sea view (high up).

Pros:

Perfect location for watching the bay/ocean view and the fireworks show if in the ocean view with balcony type of room. Very nice breakfast either way additional cooked to order choices from the dally offerings. One day stay was perfect.
