Emplacement incroyable et personnel très agréable
Lovely funky hotel and rooms! Location & overlooking Kiss Bridge was good. Breakfast was very good. Balcony gave a good view of the nighttime shows albeit a small Juliette type balcony
Sunset Town is like a ghost town until late afternoon. Cannot swim at the beach. We tried to go to the gastronomic Pub, which didn’t open until 5pm to be turned away from sitting and having a beer as we hadn’t booked in for dinner and the show.
The hotel design is amazing, very well located and all staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Is a very crowded area and it is a bit noisy until 11pm.

my room rate was too high. I paid too much. They changed the rate and the price was much lower in the app a few days before arrival. Very shady.
GM of the hotel is super friendly and anything I ask or I have any issue she will helps me to solve my problem.
Overall bed is comfortable, room is big what I expected, breakfast is good as well, near to sunset town and everything was good. That is free shuttle service go to airport provided by hotel and hotel provided baggy service from cable car station to hotel.
