Douche vieillissante et rouillée. Menage minimum, sommier déchire dessous qui pendouille. Petit déjeuner à baissé par rapport aux années précédentes

Très bon séjour et super emplacement.
Pros:

Qualité de la nourriture, très bon emplacement, le personnel est très gentil et les installations sont agréables.

Cons:

Le spa ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas lors de notre réservation et l’acces au petit déjeuner n'étant pas accepté à la limite de l'heure de clôture.

Pros:

Superbe emplacement. Un buffet de qualité varié et gustatif. Personnel au petit soin.
La propreté de l'établissement.
La diplomatie, la réactivité, l'efficacité de Laura à la réception pour la qualité de son accueil, sa courtoisie et sa gentillesse.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la plage qui ne possède pas d'espace privatif malgré la location de transat où l'on est obligé de supporter les nuisances sonores avec des personnes qui s'installent à proximité avec leur propre sono et diffusent leur musique toute la journée.

Rude staff.
Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. From the moment we walked in, instead of a warm welcome, a staff member abruptly emerged from the back and shushed us with hand gestures, setting a negative tone for our stay. Throughout our visit, we were repeatedly told to be quiet, even when speaking at normal volumes. The situation escalated when another guest became confrontational with us in the spa area. We reported the incident to management, expecting support or at least an apology, but were met with indifference and the dismissive response: "What do you want us to do about it?" At no point did anyone take responsibility or offer any form of apology, making us feel unwelcome and ignored.

el comedor excepcional, desayuno excelente, atención exquisita, amabilidad camareros y demas gente del salón, limpieza impecable, calidad de los productos , y variedad, le ponemos un 100

Cons:

la gente reserva las hamacas, y están vacias medio dia , sin poder disponer de ellas, creo que se podria evitar, cuando se ven toallas en hamacas vacias, retirarlas.
y luego tienen hamacas en la playa , creo que tendrían que ser gratis para la gente hospedada en el hotel.

One of my favorite summer destinations
Pros:

I often come to Alegria Mar Mediterrania, especially for the bachata festivals taking place not far away. The staff is just amazing, helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally situated few steps away from the beach. Enjoying the sun on the balcony is great. The breakfast and dinner buffets (I have not tried lunch) are varied and tasty. I have only good memories of the place. I will be back :)
