Amazing Reception Staff & Great Hotel in General.
Pros:

The room was a great size, plenty of space, the balcony was a good size too, our balcony faced the beach/sea as well which was lovely. The hotel and room were very clean, the decor was also simple, clean but stylish at the same time. What made our stay extra special were the reception staff, all of which were nothing short of amazing! They went above and beyond to help me go the extra mile for my partner's birthday. We got good advice from the receptionist regarding the transport that is available in Santa Susanna (Train station was 10 min walk) and we were informed that the trains were free for the month! The spa facilities in the hotel were nice, small but very clean and nice - we utilised these facilities everyday with ease by booking time slots. I noticed other's mentioning the construction of the new hotel next door but we didn't find this annoying or an issue, their construction work begins and ends at a reasonable time every day. The pool area has music playing which then dulled down the construction noises, it just wasn't an issue for us at all. The food in the hotel were great, great choice available. Location of the hotel is good as well, it's quiet but you're a short walk away from restaurants and some bars etc. I really couldn't fault this place, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again. - Thank you to all hotel staff :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, que nous choisissons d’ailleurs régulièrement pour nos vacances. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et toujours à l’écoute. Même lorsque certains clients peuvent être difficiles, l’équipe cherche toujours des solutions avec professionnalisme et bienveillance. Que ce soit le personnel de chambre ou celui de la restauration, tout le monde est aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour agréable.

La literie est excellente et très confortable, et la vue depuis la chambre est magnifique. Les services de restauration sont de qualité, avec de bons produits et un service agréable. Enfin, l’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus appréciable. Nous recommandons cet établissement avec plaisir

Cons:

Malgré tous les points positifs de notre séjour, nous avons été un peu déçus par certains éléments. Nous sommes tombés sur des groupes de femmes certes sympathiques, mais assez bruyantes, ce qui a malheureusement perturbé nos nuits et gâché une partie de notre repos.

Par ailleurs, le spa a connu un dysfonctionnement et a dû rester fermé une journée. C’est dommage, car nous choisissons justement cet hôtel en grande partie pour profiter de cet espace bien-être.

L'accueil, l'attention et le professionnalisme du personnel sont les points forts de l'établissement. La situation géographique de l'hôtel, la qualité de la restauration et des équipements, notamment le spa, ont été très appréciés.

Le rapport qualité prix du parking, même si ce point n'est pas capital au regard de la grande qualité du séjour et aussi du fait que le parking n'était pas plein.
