Rodeway inn Clemmons/Winston-Salem Area I-40

It was uniquely interesting to see they have to use your wifi for the building to have wifi service. Also it was quiet but two extention cords to run electrical current was interesting too! Room was clean, they had no maintence staff on site and the staff living situation was interesting the, tons of storage rooms and plenty of space fof them to live there as a family.

Nice hotel. Very quiet, room was clean, plenty of hot water. Ice and vending area was outstanding. For the price it was very nice!

Clean and easy to use. But kind of put off an old psychiatric ward vibe.

Our room was super clean and I am VERY picky. Comfortable and a great value for the price. Would stay there again.

The room had insects throughout it dead and alive. When I asked for a partial refund, I was assured the manager would get back to me. No call no communication whatsoever
The person who greeted me was sleeping on a mattress behind the desk in a small room.

There was no heat on in the building, tub and tv didn’t work. Our room door was WIDE open when we arrived. The security lock was broken on our door. Tries to ask to change rooms and was told there were no rooms. The room was dirty, the trim falling off, lamps broken…you name it, it was either broken or not working. Worst hotel experience ever. Do NOT recommend staying here.

Horrendous experience. The hallway smelled very strongly of curry, on the 4th floor, where our room was. Our room itself smelled of old pizza. It was clear the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The floor was very dirty, and the sheets on one of the bed was very wrinkled. Upon further inspection, the blanket smelled strongly of urine. When I called down to the front desk, they only offered to bring me a new blanket. I asked for a refund, they said they would talk to a manager, but never got back to me.

There was nobody at the front desk multiple times. One time I waited over half an hour for someone to help me at the front desk. My room key stopped working twice in one day.

I stayed for 2 nights. Nobody even checked my room, much less clean it! Ran out of toilet paper the first night, and obviously, it wasn't replaced. Good thing i was conservative with my towel usage.

Stayed one night; it was very clean in the hallways and in our room. Bed was very comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. One issue is that since this property has recently changed hands. There is a delay with installing a laundry area which is critical to me when traveling. Overall though I couldn’t ask for for from the staff, very very nice and helpful.

Extremely friendly service

The owners and staff at this hotel are soo nice and pleasant to interact with. The rooms are immaculate. They actually took the time to stop and ask questions about our stay and was it anything they could do or not do. Wonderful will definitely be my go-to place.

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay, which was ok. I would not recommend it for a longer stay. Our first reaction when we walked into the hotel was very negative. Long, stark corridors and a bare reception desk. The room was fine, but the bedding felt somewhat old and torn. Wood floor instead of a dirty carpet, which we appreciated. The best part of our stay was the receptionist. Very professional and kind.

This property does not deserve the rating it was given. I think this ratings are a scam. It was not new or that clean. It was noisy. People were threatened to get excoriated out by the police. The bathroom had bugs in it.

We arrived late and we're welcomed by name since we were the last room reserved! Comfy bed, reasonable price. Only one luggage cart for the property, ice only on 3rd floor.

Hotel muito conveniente. Parece que foi recém adquirido. Atendimento simpático. O ponto fraco é Café da manhã que é horrível. Pouquíssimas opções de comida.
