Need to improve facility and quality too
Pros:

Normal room,no facility,no tv working,no wifi working .paid 3300 /- not good. I will not travel again.bad experience

Not value for money , small closed rooms no fresh air, smelly bathrooms.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was good. But it took 45 mins to get the eggs we ordered . And the staff was unreceptive.

Long waiting time for food and sluggish service .

The location is perfect and the Hotel Manager is also good .

Cons:

The staff's behaviour is so bad , in the morning I want to go to the airport then ask to open the main iron door Sutter then one staff said open yourself,you are going ,we are not going 😝😂🤣.

Cons:

When I booked my stay it was made clear that pay at the property in cash,credit card etc
Then I get a text that due tonight demand I have to pay 50% upfront or my booking will be cancelled
There were 2 problems with this
1 was it a scam by someone as it sent me a link to pay
2 you can’t change your policy once you have accepted the booking

Pros:

We were greeted by Shrey, he was an amazing host. Was patient in letting us select our room choice. Rooms are big, with exceptional view, near to all possible happening places, sight seeing places as well. Would recommend to everyone travelling to udaipur in the future.
