Need to improve facility and quality too

Not value for money , small closed rooms no fresh air, smelly bathrooms.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was good. But it took 45 mins to get the eggs we ordered . And the staff was unreceptive.

The location is perfect and the Hotel Manager is also good .

Cons:

The staff's behaviour is so bad , in the morning I want to go to the airport then ask to open the main iron door Sutter then one staff said open yourself,you are going ,we are not going 😝😂🤣.

Cons:

When I booked my stay it was made clear that pay at the property in cash,credit card etc
Then I get a text that due tonight demand I have to pay 50% upfront or my booking will be cancelled
There were 2 problems with this
1 was it a scam by someone as it sent me a link to pay
2 you can’t change your policy once you have accepted the booking

Pros:

We were greeted by Shrey, he was an amazing host. Was patient in letting us select our room choice. Rooms are big, with exceptional view, near to all possible happening places, sight seeing places as well. Would recommend to everyone travelling to udaipur in the future.

Best memory at this place
Pros:

Had an unforgettable stay at this property in udaipur best lake view hotel staff were super friendly and the food was also amazing nodeout! Overall a best experience as a couple!

The view from the very far window in the room was nice but not great.

The street food vendor opposite the hotel was FANTASTIC!!!

Cons:

The room was very tired. Big patches of missing wall. The bathroom smelt. The bed sheets were grubby. The staff were very passive aggressive. The hotel had lots of unnecessary rules. The hotel bar was very expensive.
The place was a dump and we left our four night stay after one night.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

This place is definitely not value for money. The room was smelly and felt suffocating. What I got was nowhere near worth ₹6000 per night—it was well below standard.

The restaurant was disappointing too. The food was really unhealthy, and despite charging prices like a five-star hotel, the service was below average. Overall, it was a really bad experience and not something I’d recommend.
