On the downside — and these were critical for me — the main issue is the sleeping arrangements. There is a bed in the bedroom, but it’s worn out and small. It’s quite cramped for two people.
There is a bunk bed for kids, but the mattress on the top bunk is not really a mattress — it feels more like a gym mat. My child, who is usually not picky about where he sleeps, couldn’t sleep there. It’s so hard it feels like sleeping on boards. On top of that, the slats underneath squeak, so no one could sleep well, especially if you’re a light sleeper.
The sofa in the living room folds out, but it’s also very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Another issue is the air conditioning system. In the bedroom, it blows directly onto your face. You can’t turn it off because it gets too hot, but with it on, it’s impossible to sleep. Also, the vents are full of dust and mold — not great if you have allergies.
The apartment is also very small — really small. There is a kitchen table, but it’s more decorative than functional. It’s a narrow rectangle against the wall with stools instead of chairs. It’s cramped even for two people, not to mention four. Pulling it out isn’t an option because you won’t be able to walk through the room — very impractical and inconvenient.
Another downside: there are no proper knives. There are a couple of serrated ones, but no real knives.
The frying pans are a whole separate issue — they should have been thrown out long ago. They’re unpleasant to handle and not really usable.
As for the sea view — I expected to enjoy it, but instead you also get a view of the road and constant traffic noise. You won’t hear the sea day or night because cars never stop. It’s noisy. Also, the apartment is on a low floor, so if you want to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee, everyone passing by will be looking at you — there’s no sense of privacy.

I was very disappointed that the unit was so small. Especially for the price we paid. Pictures can be deceiving. We arrived and found that the fan was broken and there were no sheets for the pull-out sofa bed, no extra blankets and no beach towels. We had to have some brought in, and I will say they did so pretty quickly.

Property was nice

Didn’t like the fact it was first come first serve for parking spaces as I’m paying a parking ticket to stay. And I am staying more than 1 day wish i had reserved parking my 3 day stay near where I booked and not parts far from my condo.

The bed could have been better

Lots of traffic in the area.

I enjoyed my stay without complaints.

Thank goodness for the pullout couch, my kids were too long for the built in bunk beds.

The pools are too hot!
