Poor. Run Down. Fight to enter carpark.
Pros:

Good location. Dedicated parking space. Towels were provided.

Cons:

Place was very run down, appeared much worse than pictures depicted. Shampoo and body soap provided were not very appealing and appeared cheap & Refilled.
Parking spot was very high up.
Entry to parking was always difficult as the security guard often blocked the card access, and had to open it separately.

Noisy street noise

The house is clean and well maintained. Wifi is strong. Got 4 queen beds very comfortable to accommodate 4 people like us travelling for work purpose

We should be reimbursed for the 1 night (6-7Jan 2026) that we didn't stay
Pros:

Breakfast not included
Location busy but quite convenient, many shops nearby
Outside traffic noise rather loud even at night

Cons:

Our booking was for 5-7Jan2026 (2 nights)
2 Bathrooms, 1 water heater not working
2 Rooms, 1 room comforter had blood stains at various places
Glass sliding door at the Balcony cannot lock
Under these circumstances, we decided to leave after staying there only for 1 night (5-6Jan2026)

Lage super, Ausstattung leider mangelhaft
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren toll. Pool auch großartig. Check in und Check Out unkompliziert. Das Gebäude hätten wir aber trotz Beschreibung ohne Hilfe nicht gefunden.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war nicht so schön und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht. Das Sofa war komplett durchgesessen und alles wirkte sehr abgenutzt und nicht sehr liebevoll. Die Pfanne war gar nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.
