Victorian Guest House 200m from the Seafront

Great location, real character rooms and lovely garden.

The hosts were very friendly, stunning Victorian building and beautiful inside.

Very convenient, quiet and peaceful.

The vibe was that of being a house guest in someone's beautiful home. The owners were welcoming and friendly but kept themselves in the background. I was free to use the dining room and tranquil garden whenever I wanted, although as I was on my own I didn't use the facilities to the full. The dining room with its huge table and comfortable seating would be a great place for friends to gather for a cosy evening in, playing one of the many games left out, drinking the honesty box wine, and even eating take away food; crockery, microwave supplied.
The bedroom I had was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathroom similarly stunning. The property is in a quiet street, conveniently near restaurants and the waterfront. West Kirby station with an excellent service to Liverpool and more places to eat and shop a 10 to 15 minute walk on flat ground.
As stated in the information on the listing, breakfast is laid out and consists of cereals, bread and preserves - there is a toaster - along with juice, coffee, teas etc and if you're there at the right time of year a bowl of plums picked fresh from the garden.

Everything again, just as perfect as last time we stayed and made even better as being able to leave our bags after we checked out at the property so we didn't have to carry them all around with us, this place is amazing and staying here with the perfect hosts Mark and Shaun, nothing is any trouble for them at all and we are looking forward to our next visit to West Kirby and staying here again

Beautiful building, great decor, amazing sized room. Mark and Shaun were the perfect hosts, and gave us great recommendations for local eateries. Communication before and during the visit was fab - a brilliant stay.

Fantastic location, very easy to walk to the prom/coastal path and walk around the lake. Great to visit old haunt (my wife grew up on that Wirral coast and we visited friends and spots)
Wonderful spacious room and really enjoyable bathroom.
Saun & Mark very welcoming, and parking OK so carrying things in and out was easy.

Everything, to say this place is exceptional is a major understatement, its just beyond exceptional, its stunning in every possible way and all the personal touches throughout the property are amazing.

We stayed in the green room and the bed is the most comfortable bed we have both ever slept in at any place we have stayed at.

The breakfast is such good quality and the dining room and garden are such beautiful places and there isn't a score high enough for this place, to give it 10 out of 10 doesn't do this place justice,

The place is so good, we booked again to stay here for when we visit the area again next month and we are looking forward to staying here already.

Mark and Shaun are the most amazing hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them, perfect communication straight away, perfect instructions before we arrived which allowed us easy access to the property and we highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in West Kirby.

The location is excellent for everything that West Kirby has to offer and is only 10 minutes walk from the train station.

An elegant and charming property. The attention to detail is excellent.

Very nice place to stay, with easy access and separated spaces for guests. Breakfast was relaxed and available over a good time.

I had a really lovely stay, the house is fabulous, it's all very quiet calm and very comfortable. A really pretty garden to sit in too.
