Excellent long weekend stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the centre. The room was great and super clean with cleaners coming twice a day. The staff at reception and peacock bar were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Spa facilities were great, enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge. Breakfast was very good with good quality products.

The perfect holiday
Pros:

Staying at this hotel feels like a warm embrace. The hotel in itself is gorgeous, the staff is extremely professional, welcoming and so warm and they make you feel at home right away. This was by far the best hotel we have ever experienced and cannot wait to come back. We were travelling with our 4 month old baby and the way they accommodated us and were loving to the baby really warmed our hearts.

Уютный и спокойный отель и хорошая локация!
Pros:

Очень доброжелательный персонал,удобная локация,великолепные кровати и постельные принадлежности.Просторная ванна.Номер был Престиж с двумя кроватями.Рекомендую.

You pay 400/500 euro for a 5 star hotel but then Re charged an extra 55 euro if you want to go to the Sauna or the pool. That should be standard in a five star hotel. It’s a 5 star hotel operating a cheap Ryanair extra charges model.

Upea ja tunnelmallinen luksusta huokuva hotelli

Upea luksushotelli Kruunuhaan rauhallisella alueella, kuitenkin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustan ravintoloista ja muista kohteista. Upea ylellinen moderni sisustus sekä hotellin aulatiloissa että huoneissa yhdistettynä vanhan rakennuksen tunnelmaan. Henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa, erityismaininta ovimiehelle, joka sai meidät tuntemaan itsemme kuin kuninkaallisiksi. Aamupala oli erityisen hyvä. Juhlimme hääyötä, ja tämä oli huomioitu pienellä muistamisella huoneessa, sekä henkilökunta onnitteli meitä tullessa, tästä tuli kiva fiilis.

Cons:

Huoneen TV:n kanssa oli ongelmaa, asia kyllä korjattiin, mutta vaati 3 eri henkilökunnan jäsenen ravaamista huoneessa, ennenkuin saatiin toimimaan.
