Upea ja tunnelmallinen luksusta huokuva hotelli
Pros:

Upea luksushotelli Kruunuhaan rauhallisella alueella, kuitenkin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustan ravintoloista ja muista kohteista. Upea ylellinen moderni sisustus sekä hotellin aulatiloissa että huoneissa yhdistettynä vanhan rakennuksen tunnelmaan. Henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa, erityismaininta ovimiehelle, joka sai meidät tuntemaan itsemme kuin kuninkaallisiksi. Aamupala oli erityisen hyvä. Juhlimme hääyötä, ja tämä oli huomioitu pienellä muistamisella huoneessa, sekä henkilökunta onnitteli meitä tullessa, tästä tuli kiva fiilis.

Cons:

Huoneen TV:n kanssa oli ongelmaa, asia kyllä korjattiin, mutta vaati 3 eri henkilökunnan jäsenen ravaamista huoneessa, ennenkuin saatiin toimimaan.

Pros:

A very nice hotel overall, excellent service and exceptionally clean.

Cons:

It was not made clear that the spa centre is off limits for children, hence we could not use it. Also we were given a room without windows (very small ones almost like cannon holes) even though the room photos were showing large windows to the floor.

Erinomainen palvelu! Todella siisti hotelli. Kiva kylpyhuone, siisti huone. Viihhtyisä ravintola ja baari, sekä aamiaistila, kaikissa todella ystävällinen palvelu. Mieheni syntymäpäivä huomoioitiin tosi mukavasti vierailumme aikana.

Cons:

Sänky natisee. Tämä oli toinen vierailu hotellissa ja molemmilla kerroilla olemme todenneet komposiittimateriaalista tehdyn sängyn natisevaksi kun siinä kääntää kylkeä, jos on kovin pyöruvä nukkuja, tämä voi haitata.. Nyt sänky oli parempi kuin ensimmäisellä vierailulla. Patja, peitot ja tyynyt olivat ihanat.

Kaikki tilat olivat siistejä ja kauniita. Huoneemme oli upea ja hienompi kuin kuvissa. Huone käytiin erikseen siistimässä yöpymistä varten (päiväpeitto pois, verhot kiinni ym.). Sänky oli erityisen mukava. Aamupala oli laadukas ja herkullinen. Spa oli yksi Helsingin keskustan parhaita. Paras hotelli, jossa olen Helsingissä yöpynyt.

Cons:

Aamiaisella puolisoni tilasi kaksi lämmintä annosta, kahvin ja mehun. Hänelle tuotiin vain kahvi ja toinen lämpimistä annoksista. Mehun perään kysyimme, ja se tuotiin nopeasti. Yllätyimme, että spa ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan.
