Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu Waldorf Astoria w Helsinkach był bardzo udany. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje niezwykle miły i pomocny personel. Mimo że przybyliśmy przed oficjalną godziną zameldowania, otrzymaliśmy pokój od razu, a dodatkowo zaoferowano nam upgrade, co było bardzo miłym gestem.

Szczególne podziękowania kierujemy do konsjerża Samiego za profesjonalizm i zaangażowanie. Pokój był komfortowy, doskonale wyposażony, a prywatna sauna stanowiła świetne uzupełnienie pobytu.

Śniadania serwowane były w formie donoszenia przez obsługę, co nie do końca odpowiadało naszym preferencjom. Jednak mieliśmy przyjemność poznać Panią Anię, która swoją uprzejmością i profesjonalnym podejściem w pełni to zrekompensowała. Chętnie dzieliła się informacjami i wszystko dokładnie wyjaśniała, co było bardzo miłe i pomocne.

Podsumowując, pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy do tego hotelu.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem była nieco niższa dźwiękoszczelność pokoju, co momentami wpływało na komfort wypoczynku.

Erinomainen elämys, ja loistava tapa viettää merkkipäivää.
Pros:

Majoituspaikassa pidimme siitä, että meidät otettiin hyvin vastaan ja ohjattiin omaan huoneeseemme sekä samalla kerrottiin missä hotellin eri tilat sijaitsevat.

Huone oli erittäin viihtyisä, ylellinen sekä siisti ja huoneen valojen, äänien ja lämpötilan
säätäminen onnistui helposti tabletin avulla.
Huoneen sänky oli todella hyvä ja lakanat erittäin pehmeät.

Aamupala/ asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä sekä ammattitaitoista. Pidimme siitä miten majoituspaikka oli huomioinut syntymäpäiväni yllätyksellä, joka piristi päiväämme paljon.

Nautimme olostamme hotellissa ja aiomme tulevaisuudessa tulla uudestaan :)

Huoneen sänky narisi todella paljon, kun halusi vaihtaa asentoa, joka häiritsi hieman nukkumista

beautiful hotel in good location, easy to walk from here to city, restaurants and sightseeing spots

Cons:

the breakfast was missing the indulgence factor, being the only reason I do not award the 10/10.
I dislike not being able to choose the table I wish to enjoy breakfast, table designated for two people helplessly too small and cramped. Otherwise everything was five star

Excellent long weekend stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the centre. The room was great and super clean with cleaners coming twice a day. The staff at reception and peacock bar were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Spa facilities were great, enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge. Breakfast was very good with good quality products.

The perfect holiday
Pros:

Staying at this hotel feels like a warm embrace. The hotel in itself is gorgeous, the staff is extremely professional, welcoming and so warm and they make you feel at home right away. This was by far the best hotel we have ever experienced and cannot wait to come back. We were travelling with our 4 month old baby and the way they accommodated us and were loving to the baby really warmed our hearts.

You pay 400/500 euro for a 5 star hotel but then Re charged an extra 55 euro if you want to go to the Sauna or the pool. That should be standard in a five star hotel. It’s a 5 star hotel operating a cheap Ryanair extra charges model.

Очень доброжелательный персонал,удобная локация,великолепные кровати и постельные принадлежности.Просторная ванна.Номер был Престиж с двумя кроватями.Рекомендую.
