Overall was ok for our overnight stay at the function
Pros:

Lovely room

Cons:

There was an issue checking out. I had paid for the room before the e stay and they asked for a further £25 which the hotel said i needed to pay. I refused.
Staff at our function and bar were very friendly but unfortunately the staff in the breakfast area were not so friendly and welcoming. Which was a shame.

Really good and highly recommend for longer stays.
Pros:

Excellent front desk. The ladies at reception are amazing - in all the hotels we've used during this project, they win hands down for customer service. All the staff made us feel at home.
Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and have windows that can open for fresh air. Tea, coffee, etc is replenished daily and there are mini flasks in the rooms which can be filled up at the bar if you prefer fresh milk over longlife.
Good food all round.

Cons:

The WiFi and mobile tower coverage is not the greatest in all the rooms but sometimes that's just what you need - switch off and relax!
The soap dispensers are at shower height so if you are having a bath you either need to stand up to reach them or bring your own.
