So much potential, just lacking customer service care.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was nice, location is good

Cons:

WIFI is awful, could not do any work.
Staff seemed unwilling to try help when I mentioned the poor wifi, but instead suggested it was my laptop or perhaps my phone.
just felt I was a revenue stream, as opposed to a person.

Very comfortable traditional pub / hotel with good food, friendly staff and decent beers
Pros:

We had a great evening meal upon arrival and breakfast each day was very good - staff very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

We had an issue with one of the keys not working when only the night porter was on duty which took a while to resolve after having to call out the manager for assistance

Pros:

It’s nice, clean, and great location

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing! Paid extra 40£ on booking to be served a soggy piece of toast. And to my surprise, got charged at check out cause I ordered a latte!! Never been to a hotel that charges for a drink with breakfast… especially when the cost is so high! And no one told us when ordering!

Top class accommodation
Pros:

Sumptuous room and bathroom with option of rain shower. Generous, quality provisions for hospitality tray and toiletries. Room temperature perfect. Large comfortable bed. Spotless room and bathroom. Deep pile carpet. Decent TV. Quiet location. Free room service.

Cons:

Not near anything - on roundabout. Wi fi blocks adult apps. Gristly beef stroganoff £17!! Fairly early check-out 11am

Overall it was a decent hotel staff a friendly enough but it’s a great area but just bad signal slow service and the bed
Pros:

Property was in a great location however if you use a satnav it takes you somewhere else but the signs for it are really good

Cons:

Although the room was clean it took a long time to get any service from any of the staff like I booked for dinner which was I would say fairly overpriced for what it was and I’d asked for some milk and hot chocolate and it took far too long in the fact that I had to call them again to ask for the items it looked like the refreshment stand hadn’t been restocked at all. Also there is no signal and the Wi-Fi is pretty terrible
