For US residents it's good value for money.
Pros:

The pool area was nice and very big, cabanas were very comfortable and the room was spacious enough. sals steakhouse was excellent but it's or included in the standard "inclusive" it's a paid restaurant.

Cons:

Many things fell subpar for us. Took a while to be served at the pool, with one 2 waiters for the entire pool. Our special concierge was off one day so we didn't have a replacement, and staff were not consistent throughout the resort, some were lovely, others were very rude or not interested in helping/ do not speak English. Also, all inclusive did not mean all inclusive, every restaurant had a charge for wine and other drinks and the steak house was not included.

There is not enough entertainment, the music was bad no variety they wouldn't even let us request. The food was medicore honestly lacking favor. In addition from Thursday to Sunday Is when their club opens and liquor is actually all inclusive on the other weekdays everything is cut off at 12 or closed...

Great times were had!!!
Pros:

It was our second time there. The remodel and upgrades were fantastic. The hospitality and customer service made us feel like royalty.

Kind of an average stay, at an expensive property.
Pros:

The location. The staff were nice.

Cons:

Banging sound from the a/c system. A Restaurant we wanted to go to was randomly closed. Only one lunch restaurant open during our stay. Italian restaurant was underwhelming.
