The hotel staff didn't open the door. Asked me to call the customer care of fab hotel.. I was trying to call the customer care for one hour in the midnight on a street of kolkata...The hotel staff refused to allow me inside..Ultimately booked another hotel...

The hotel staff refused my booking and asked to contact the customer care.. Fab is fraud.. Never pay in advance any amount.. Booking. Com should ban this hotel.. Now I ve to move to some other company.. Like agoda

Not pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was provided from the roadside dhabas. Very poor for a status like Fabhotels.
