Provided tasty non veg food even if not in menu
The hotel is clean, food is awesome. Staff is helpful however they can be really late with your requests as they don't have enough people. Parking is just outside the hotel and it's spacious.
For a third person in room they just place a mattress on the floor without any folding bed. Additionally even though many things are listed as amenities but a lot of things were only available if you call and request like hair dryer, iron (it's available without iron board), slippers, kettle is working in one room but not working in another. Shower area is a little off looks really old and dirty.

Food was excellent. Staff was very good.
Room was horrible. The bathroom smell was all over in the room. Worse than a 3rd class train waiting room.
Outside noise was a problem. A room service phone was right in the hallway, next to my room, ringing very often, and was loud enough to wake anyone easily. So hotel acoustics are not good for resting, sleeping, etc.
Late night rooftop party certainly added to the pain.
The property is good. Rooms are great , clean and have alll the things to make the stay a comfortable one.
Food was excellent . Rooms were very clean and amenities were super good. Showers with hot water are of excellent quality.. Breakfast and tea were wow..
The balcony from outside was dirty because of the pigeons so they should keep the net to avoid it..it is not impacted to the guests at all but better to fix it

There was really nothing much to like at this hotel. The al carte food we ordered was very tasty and well prepared. Breakfast is an Indian veg buffet and is OK. The staff do try their best to help wherever possible. There is onsite parking.
We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The telephone in the room that was allocated didn’t work. The 2nd room they gave us didn’t have a luggage rack. Where is one supposed to keep your bags. We had to use the table. So, we were short of table space. The safe didn’t work. It took 2 days to finally repair it. They obviously dont check all the facilities in the room before allocating it to a guest.
The toilet in this room was tiny. When I complained that some evenings we didn’t have hot water, they said you have to let the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water. What a waste of water. The body and hand wash soap were of poor quality.
The sofa in the room was stained. The leather of the writing table chair was torn.
The restaurant chairs were stained and paint was peeling off.

The last straw was when checking out we were told that their International credit card facility was still not connected. This should have been informed to us in advance. If we were aware that credit card is not accepted, we would not have booked this hotel. As an international visitor we don’t have access to PayTM or any other Indian online facility. It took a good 45 minutes to sort this out as the reservation guy had to provide us with a link for payment. All in all, I think the communication between the departments is very poor. I had to remind them that I had paid a 50% advance.
We paid over US$ 72 plus taxes for this hotel. A total waste of money.
The hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment. Everything is jaded and old. Will never stay at this hotel ever again.
THE AC wasn't working. When confronted, the manager told that there's a problem in the city! If there's a problem and you don't have a generator then you should give a refund!
