Goede communicatie met de beheerster.

Cons:

Hoewel het een vrij nieuw appartementencomplex is voor een soort van AirBNB-verhuur, was het interieur ietwat gedateerd. De afwerking van de airco en overige bedrading van T.V. e.d. had netter gekund. Airco op het balkon was niet prettig om onder te zitten. De grootte van het appartement compenseerde dat weer ruimschoots.

Large studio with great view.
Pros:

Great location, with awesome restaurants and stores in the area. Walkable to district 1. Fully funished and well-kept.

Cons:

Pillows too high and stiff - I would love to have a smaller, softer one.

The pool was not working in the building, so they arranged for me as pool in another building. Kitchens was excellent.

Cons:

Location is hard to find on the first instance, it should be numbered in the booking, like mine was Tressor 2 , which was hard to find on the first day

Great flat to discover Ho Chi Minh City. It’s located super central and everything is in walking distance. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants are nearby.

The hostess is the most generous I have ever met. Everything is clean. great apartment, a comfortable bed. All more than I ever expected. I would definitely come back here in a few months. Internet is strong too if you need to do some laptop online.

Good apartment and payment method to improve
Pros:

Apartment is well located, clean and it looks all new.

Cons:

Sadly we had a really bad experience with the payment method. If you don't pay in cash and want to pay by card you are sent a link to pay. However they ask you for a vietnamiese phone number what complicates things if you are a vistor from other country. In the end someone had to come to the apartment in the night to make the payment. Really inconvenient as we had to get up really early in the morning.

Pros:

Glad I stayed. Great location, close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and stylish, also really liked the balcony, great for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast has a lot of options to choose from.
