Pathetic property ever
Pros:

I liked the beach view from. The property

Beautiful location on the beach side

Cons:

Rooms are not very much clean. Basic amenities not provided like towel, soap, water bottle. Otherwise staff is very nice and helpful.Food is also good

It's beach front which is good

Cons:

Not clean at all, when we visited the facility there was some work going on.
The rooms were very unhygienic.We checked out a day early from what was planned.Beds were not clean some keeps biting you.

Cons:

Pathetic rooms ,un cleaned ,not maintained, we booked before 20 days the room was not even ready , we were given a buffer room to wait that too with shared toilet very un hygiene .Only foreigners are given preference. Do not go by the reviews we were fooled .

Reasonable rates and close to the beach
Pros:

1) You have direct access to the beach.
2) The coffee and sandwich was delicious however a bit on the expensive side, hence 2 coffee and 2 chicken sandwiches cost is ₹600.

Cons:

1) Car parking is not available at this resort due to the location, parking is atleast 7 to 8 minutes away. Which is a put off,
2) I also thought we will get a see view room however we got a room located at the back side of the building.
3) We got to the resort for the checkin at 12:15 pm however since the room wasn't ready yet pir check in actually happened at 1:15 pm untill the room was cleaned.
4) The food service is very slow and hence with a waiting time of not less than 30 to 40 min even to get only a cup of coffee.

Mr ganesh and mr KD those guys are so helpful the owners are great guys their food is so amazing specially try their Israel combo is so amazing and also try their cocktail and in this season the urak drink is amazing must visit place

The owner is pretty careful and understanding

Cons:

Caretaker not at all responsible, no room service u need to go downstairs to get anythinng. Room was so unhygienic and small. They call it beachfront room but its nit even a room its that much small.
