SMDC CHARM 1 bedroom condo with Netflix & Balcony

Sorry if I noticed a lot, the intention is to make the place better for future renters. I also had to clean the room as soon as I got there.
- floor was still a little bit dirty, visible hair strands
- there's a large wood plank under the bed that was put diagonally and u can trip if you walk the left side of the bed.
- there was also an extra mattress standing on the left side of the bed. It could have been folded and placed on top of the cabinet if in any case it'll be needed.
A plastic of stuff under the dresser could have been place somewhere else under one of the cabinet shelves probably.
- the carpet on the TV area is a tripping hazard and since it's very thin and easily displaced on the edges
- bathroom smelled musty since the pale in the shower area has old water in it. When I removed the water it really stank and you can see scum has formed at the bottom of the pale.
- air fresheners near the tv, on top of the shoe stand and top of the fridge, a total of 3 are all dried out.
- one of the chairs placed behind the divider is missing a nut making the chair unstable to sit.
- kitchen sink was dirty, kitchen towel was also dirty, I replaced the dish foam as it was worn and dirty.
The rice cooker pan was rusted inside and is not operable.
- there was standing water left in the chiller, I also had to clean the inside of the fridge as there were tiny insects that have died inside. There's also a piece of Knorr cubes left in the fridge.
- tv placement could have been improved, it was situated too high. To watch at least comfortably, you are in a slumped position.
- Wished there were board games or some kind of activity stuff you can use during idle hours
