Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Lage – ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. In etwa 18 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto das Brandenburger Tor. In der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, und ein Edeka ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Fenster im Bad war defekt und mit einem Kabel verschlossen, sodass es sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Jeden Morgen war das Bad voller Wespen. Außerdem war die Glastür zum Balkon beschädigt, und ein weiteres Fenster im Bad war provisorisch mit Klebeband befestigt.

Für die Geräte lagen keine Bedienungsanleitungen vor. Wir hatten kein WLAN, obwohl wir den Router im Schrank gefunden und sogar einen Neustart durchgeführt haben. Der Fernseher zeigte dauerhaft „keine Verbindung“ an, sodass wir kein Fernsehen schauen konnten.

Das Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon war mit Wasser gefüllt, allerdings war nicht ersichtlich, wie lange dieses bereits darin stand. Beim Grillen stellte sich heraus, dass die Gasflasche nicht angeschlossen und zudem fast leer war.

Defekte Küchengeräte: 1 Toaster und Induktionskochfeld gesprungen,
Küchenlampe: 2 von 3 Leuchtmitteln defekt
Badezimmer nicht gereinigt, Dusche verschmutzt, Fenster nicht zu schließen, Abfluss (Waschbecken) verstopft. 1 Schlafzimmertür nicht zu schließen, Tür vor dem Kleiderschrank ausgehängt, Tür zum Wohnraum auf der Flurseite stark verschmutzt. Zweiersofa im Wohnzimmer: 2 Füße abgebrochen, Fernsehprogramme nicht eingestellt.

Schlechteste Unterkunft
Pros:

Es gab nichts gutes alles war sehr heruntergekommen und man konnte den Jacuzzi, den Billardtisch und den Grill nicht nutzen also was die Wohnung aus macht war beschädigt zusätzlich gab es auch leider keine Klima was es teilweise zu einer Sauna machte. Es war leider so schlimm das wir frühzeitig ausgecheckt sind und eine alternative Unterkunft nehmen mussten. Die Vermieter meldeten sich bis heute weder bei uns noch bei booking. Sehr enttäuschend.

Also wenn man mehr auch Sauberkeit Hygiene achten und etwas renoviert mit neuen Möbeln etc. ist es im großen und Ganzen
Pros:

Lage war für uns gut da wir mobil waren , wir konnten etwas lauter sein mit Kindern , jakuzzi wo ich aber echt kein gutes gefühlt hatte rein zu gehen und billard wo nur 2 Queue benutzbar war , Gastgeber freundlich und sofort zu erreichen .

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ging garnicht ,
Alles abgenutzt die Waschmaschine war ecklig , aus dem privaten Schrank kam ein unangenehmer Geruch, Schlafcouch durchschlafen ohne Decken und Stütze konnte man nicht schlafen bitte nicht mehr alle 4 Personen kommen , egal ob Erwachsene oder Kinder …

Freezing cold. Host made promises to get heating every day which she didn't keep

Pros:

Everything is good. Easy to find. Quiet, clean, and convenient for shopping food and small things . There is a big supermarket nearby. Free Parking is great .

Overall very nice appartment with some things to improve
Pros:

Pros:
- fantastic big space for bigger group
- pool table, jacuzzi, gym… a lot of to do with friends or in our case with kids
- exactly like on photos, very nice

Cons:

Things to improve:
- Communication - we only received automated messages. No responses to our questions. Thanks god, that all the basic stuffs we managed without problems
- it is only starting summer and the flat under roof is becoming very hot and it is without air-condition
