cooked breakfast options were a little limited
מלון מעוצב בצורה מדהימה , חדרים גדולים ומרווחים הכל נראה חדש. נמצא 2 תחנות בחשמלית לעיר העתיקה, או 5 דקות ברכב
נמצא בתוך מתחם שצמוד אליו קניון , וגם מספר חנויות ברים.
ארוחת בוקר מצויינת , בלובי בערב יש די גי , המיני בר כלול במחיר
מלון עם חווית שהייה מדהימה
ולמי שדתי בית חב״ד כ 200 מטר מהמלון ויש גם קהילה יהודית באזור.
יש חנייה למלון - עלות יקרה 35 פרנק ללילה - יכלו לאשר בחינם

No surprise if you see water leak above you in the room, it’s happened to me , also no surprise if the employee say don’t come many time ask when the room is ready
موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا بجوار المول والمنطقة المجاورة جميلة جداً وبجوار عدد من المطاعم، ديكور الفندق هادي ومريح، وتعامل الموظفين جيد وبجوار محطة ترام توصلك الى منتصف المدينة، وتصميم الغرفة جميل.
يعيبه ان مواقف السيارات اسفل المول ولكن منفصلة عن المول وليست مجانية حيث ان اليوم الواحد بـ 35 فرنك، كذلك الفندق يخذ وديعة عن كل ليلة تقدر بـ 100 فرنك.

بعد إقامة 7 أيام، تقييمي دقيق وواضح: الفندق يعاني من سلبيات كثيرة ومزعجة جدًا. لا يوجد هاتف للتواصل مع الاستقبال، والواي فاي بطيء ويفصل باستمرار، والتكييف ضعيف جدًا ولا يبرد الغرفة بشكل مقبول.
الحمام يفتقر تمامًا للخصوصية؛ الباب شبه شفاف والصوت مسموع، ويمكن لمن يمر أمامه رؤية هيئة الشخص بالداخل، وهذا أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا. كذلك رائحة الصابون والشامبو سيئة ومستفزة جدًا، ورائحة اللوبي والأواني زَفَرة ومقززة، بالإضافة إلى وجود بعض الحشرات.
النادي الصحي كبير، لكنه حار جدًا بشكل مزعج وغير مريح. كذلك سعر الفندق غالٍ جدًا جدًا، ولا يتناسب إطلاقًا مع مستوى الخدمة والسلبيات الموجودة.
أيضًا، وصول سيارات التاكسي وأوبر للفندق صعب جدًا، وتضطر للمشي مسافة طويلة مع الحقائب.

After a 7-day stay, my review is accurate and clear: the hotel has many serious and extremely frustrating drawbacks. There is no phone to contact reception, the Wi-Fi is slow and constantly disconnects, and the air conditioning is extremely weak and does not cool the room properly.
The bathroom completely lacks privacy; the door is semi-transparent, sounds can be clearly heard, and anyone passing by can see the outline of the person inside. This is completely unacceptable. Also, the soap and shampoo smell extremely unpleasant and irritating, and both the lobby and the tableware have a disgusting, foul odor, in addition to the presence of some insects.
The wellness/fitness area is large, but it is extremely hot, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant. Also, the hotel is extremely, extremely expensive, and the price is completely unjustified considering the level of service and the issues mentioned.
Furthermore, it is very difficult for taxis and Uber vehicles to reach the hotel, forcing guests to walk a considerable distance with their luggage.
In short: these issues significantly affected the stay, and some of them are completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price level.
המיקום של המלון מעולה! נמצא במרכז מסחרי איכותי שיש בו הכל מהכל. המלון עצמו מעוצב ויש בו אוירה מדהימה. חדרים גדולים, מרווחים, מצוחצחים. הצוות מעולה, מקצועי, אדיב ונדיב. שהייה מעולה ומומלצת. חניה נוחה. פשוט מושלם.
Çok şık ve temiz bir hoteldi, avm nin tam yanında idi, karşılama, hizmet güzeldi, kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi, odalar konforlu ve rahat her olanak vardı.

Leider gab es nur normalgrosse Handtücher und keine grösseren Badetücher für die Benützung der Sauna. Auch auf Nachfrage gab es keine grösseren

What not to like!? Perfect location with nearby coop and other small breakfast/snacks places as well as a big mall within walking distance. The bus stop is also just across the street. The bus system in Zurich was frequent and efficient.And it goes to the main train station. We used Zurich as a base and took trains to visit other nearby cities. The hotel itself was excellent. Staff were nice and welcoming .Rooms are spacious,clean and comfortable.There is a coffee machine with pods which I appreciated. And you get access to a REAL GYM! Unfortunately I didn't get to try the hotel's own restaurant so I can't comment . But overall, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay again if I had a chance.
Nothing! I would have said that there was no slippers in the room but then I asked reception and they provided that.
