Pros:

位置超讚，就在熊本車站走出來1分鐘！而且飯店門口旁的巴士站7號月台！！！不論是要搭產交巴士去熊本其他地方，或是搭利木津巴士前往機場，都是在這個站點搭車，拖行李從飯店走出來50公尺以內就到，真的超級讚！
飯店的浴缸很大（以市區飯店來說），雖然廁所偏小，但床很舒適，還附上兩種不同軟硬度的枕頭
每天早上要出門前只要將房卡拿去櫃檯，清潔人員就會到房間補充備品，這個服務很棒，櫃檯人員的態度也都很好！
我們入住的奢華樓層（我訂的房型是兩張雙人床、一張沙發床，沙發床其實就是一張單人房，而不是敷衍的沙發，我覺得很很棒很有誠意）還附自助bar喝到飽服務，自助吧有各種飲料、酒（梅酒超級無敵好喝）、以及泡麵
很喜歡這家飯店，之後如果有機會再到熊本玩，這家飯店會是我的首選

地理位置優越，附近也有AMU百貨公司跟big camera，距離中下通也不遠。早餐選擇多樣性，非常美味！

立地とお部屋最高！駐車場＆金額は説明不足
Pros:

熊本駅から近い！部屋も綺麗で洗練されてる感じ！スタッフさんも親切、マッサージのお姉さんも上手だった。とにかくお部屋が快適だった

Cons:

駐車場は無料だと思っていたら実は有料1000円！
ちゃんと明確に駐車場は【有料】と表記して欲しい。
あと、駐車場はどこに停めればいいのか？の説明も一切なかった。

一度ブックキングから問い合わせしても、返事がまったくなかった。なぜ？連絡がなかったので、一度、キャンセルして予約しなおした。

部屋の広さとソファーの配置がくつろげて良かったです。

Cons:

全国あちこちでこちらのランクのホテルを泊まり歩いていますが、駅近の利便性は高い立地ですが、設備のあちこちに少々古さを感じ、素泊まりでの料金はやや高めかと。

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral am Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Man kann von hier gut die Stadt zu Fuß besichtigen.

Pros:

サービス、清潔感、部屋からの眺めも良く、駅近等★5です。ホテルはお値段以上の良いホテルです。

Cons:

バストイレが同じだと確認せず予約してしまったので、値段をアップしてもユニットバスじゃない部屋にすれば良かった。
