Filthy. I don't think the room had been cleaned., shower looked like someone had just had one, including dirty feet prints on the floor. Bed looked like it had been slept in, including small back hairs. Room smelt like someone had just got out of bed. I sat for 20 minutes in little dirty reception, full local young lads drinking beer and eating pizza (although they were polite) waiting for the lad from reception to get back, to be literally told his 'boss doesn't care'. I couldn't have a refund or a part refund..I said I will have to leave a bad review. Again, to be told his boss doesn't care. Now I am not one to complain. I like to see the good in people, but that was uncalled for. Very bad business. It was advertised as deluxe room, and I paid like $30 for one night. There seemed to be a couple of other people looking for the reception guy, saying to the young lads, the room wasn't what was pictured. So it wasn't just me.
That said, there did seem to be a lot of single blokes coming in and out, so some one liked it.
The bed sheets were not changed after the previous guests. They were clearly used and not fresh. This is basic hygiene and completely unacceptable.
I paid in cash at reception. Ten minutes later I went back to report the issue, but I was refused a refund. The owner also blocked me on Telegram after I contacted her.
If you stay here, pay by card for your own protection. I would not recommend this place.
