Nice place
Nothing really. The lady at reception works very hard but its impossible for her to get everything done. She did try and help.
Room was dirty and aircon not working. Could not even breathe in the room. Asked to be moved to another room which was a little better but it was not that clean. Aircon smelled of mould and the kettle had thick yellow liquid in it!

Literally, everything from reception, room cleaniess and facility is very poor. Nothing is good about this hotel. The towel is dirty and full of long hair.

The air-conditioning is working and it is not very loud.
The room is not clean. They charged 6USD for the cleaning fee but there was not any actual cleaning done. Ants are everywhere eating the crumbs left from the previous slayers. Fridge is not clean, toilet smells, light in the shower room is broken, light switch near the bed is broken, previous slayers smoked and the left ashes everywhere, the room smells of cigarettes, etc etc,
I got a better deal and nicer places to stay than using any hotel booking agent websites when I went to the actual hotels and inspectd the places before paying. the pictures on the websites are lies, the deal on the websites are lies too.

The staff were really sweet and helpful. That's the only part.
The room was not ready, so they got us another. My girlfriend and I arrived at the room, the sheets and cover were not cleaned from the previous guest, the toilet was not cleaned, cobwebs everywhere, and the trash collection (non-official) was right in front of the door which is not supposed to.
We were told by the staff to contact the owner, and he owner is an absolute menace to deal with. When we made a complaint, she was rude, deceitful, absurd and not informative in any way. The staff was confused, yet helpful.
Be careful guys before booking this location.
