As expected for the price
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was an unfortunate broken pipe which flooded the top floor on my first morning. Staff was very apologetic and came immediately to clean up the water and made sure all of the wet items in my luggage were laundered for me by the next day. Front desk staff was also kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room was small and didn’t match the pictures. There was a used towel left behind in the room (but luckily I had my own) and a pretty steady line of red ants from under the door to the in-room trash can. Elevator only went to the 7th floor making my room on the 8th a bit harder to reach. And my balcony door was open when I arrived (unbeknownst to me) and quite a few mosquitoes got in before I noticed. And the air conditioning, while a nice feature, didn’t put out enough cold air to keep the room cool enough to sleep. Still, for the price, about what I expected.

- dirty, dirty walls, dirty bed with marks
- Snot and blood on walls
- WiFi doesn’t work
- No towels
- No toilet paper
- Not the same room we booked
- 1 AC remote for 2 shared rooms
- Balcony left open (bugs in room)
- Drawing on the walls
- Snus on walls
- Bed is so dirty
- Cups where dirty
- Everything was disgusting
- Poo marks in the toilet
