Cons:

The ceiling was wet. I was told my room would be private and I was in the room with other people. The shower was filthy
The AC did not work . The blankets made me itch. and the worst of all - the room lock was not functioning. May God shall curse this place, as Voldemort cursed Harry Potter.

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT
Pros:

Tous les « Sky » hôtel, appartements etc. Appartiennent à la même personne et sont à fuir ! Pour 20$ la nuit, on a essayé de nous loger dans une chambre insalubre (odeurs nauséabondes, poubelle et crasse dans les couloirs, sur les murs, draps tachés, etc. Heureusement un employé du personnel était attentionné et s’est littéralement engueulé avec son patron pour arriver à nous reloger, nous avons dû partir en tuktuk, pour un autre endroit, bien mieux, mais qui ne valait toujours pas la dépense ! (Piscine verdâtre, endroit à peine entretenu, etc.)
Ce type de logeur devrait être totalement banni de booking.com
Ne vous faites pas avoir par des photos ou commentaires qui ont l’air OK, rien ne l’est avec ce prestataire !!

After i have viewed the room, it was not matched with booking confirmed ( as two bed room apartment)

Everything about this hotel starting from the arrival with Taxi, I though that it is in the down town and close to museum to walk around with family. But its in the small late even Taxi can not drive in. I waiting 30 mins and get help from booking.com. Staring from looks of receptions and guest area, its looks so dirty and cheap. The room are so dirty and smelly. Bed sheets are with logo but too old to get to dive in. On my arrival, owner msg me that there is no room for me due to no electricity and water. As well as i see the faulty confirmation and room details in actual, i agreed with owner that I will not stay and refund. Till next day no contact and I have tried to reach via customer service booking.com. Owner wants me to come back with no refund. Booking.com was just being bridge between our conversation and not seeing the actual situation how every I have sent details chats between owner and me as well as room pictures. I have been using booking.com a lot for long time and very disappointed. Decided to loose both my money or one week bookings and no more to use booking.come. Website offer me 30+ USD which is not even one day rent and its expired on the same day. This is how they serve the customer. Nothing i like and wanted to present to viewers . I there is Zero on rating instead staring from 1 2 3 4 5 starts, i would definitely rate ' zero ".

Logement pourri qui ne devrait pas être validé par booking

Absolument rien !

Cons:

Nous avons refusé d'intégrer les lieux car non seulement cela ne correspondait pas à l'annonce (une chambre au lieu de deux, pas de lave linge...) mais c'était insalubre, avec une odeur nauséabonde . Ambiance insecure.

Awful, it was a different room and hotel than I booked. It was unclean and not suitable to stay in

Nothing - we had a booking to stay here at sky hotel but when we arrived we were told they were full and we’d been put in a random room in a random building around the corner. Nothing like the pictures or what we booked.

Cons:

The room we were given was not the one I booked - nothing like the pictures. It had an extremely strong odour of thick cigarette smoke to the point where I couldn’t stay in the room for long. There were multiple cockroaches in the bathroom. It was mouldy. Overall just awful. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation
