Boa estadia. Gostei do hotel. As pequenas críticas que fiz não desmerecem o hotel. Eu o recomendo.

Quarto espaçoso, silencioso, bonito. Ar condicionado excelente. Iluminação do quarto excelente. Conforto excelente. Três elevadores funcionando perfeitamente. Limpeza impecável. Chuveiro excelente.

Cons:

Três coisas que eu não gostei, porém, sem muita importância:
1 - o restaurante fecha as 22:00h. Seria legal se ficasse aberto, pelo menos até a meia noite. Isso, em várias situações é algo muito legal para tomar um drink ou outras coisas.
2 - Tive muita dificuldade para usar a TV. Ainda bem que eu não uso muito TV, mas o aparelho não deveria ser tão complicado para se usar. Tem muitos canais disponíveis, mas estava muito complicado conseguir configurar a TV.
3 - A única verdadeira crítica é quanto aos preços da água. Talvez por ser uma cidade de clima quente, o consumo de água deve ser alto. Então, não deveriam cobrar tão caro. Eu paguei em torno de 12 reais por cada garrafinha pequena; se não me engano com 360 ml. Com isso eu não posso concordar.

Só não entendi porque me cobraram café da manhã, não tinha essa informação na reserva, fui instado a pagar eu e minha namorada… achei estranho.. até porque da última vez que fiquei hospedado não houve cobrança extra .. esperando que esse comentário chegue até alguém responsável e que me devolva os valores ou explique o motivo da cobrança….affff
