Hugely Dissapointing

When I went to book it displayed as $AUD36 however when you click through payment you get charged $AUD64. Place could have been good but there is no maintenance performed at the place. Hand written note in the bathroom "Do not use the sink in the CR because the water has leaked and maintenance is still fixing it thanks for your understanding" So I used the sink in the kitchen and the handle fell off into my hand and the faucet starting spraying towards the fridge.. I then went back to the bathroom to quickly check the tap. Opened it slightly and brown water came out. At this stage I thought we had no water. Wife advised me CR meant comfort room, nothing comfortable about it. Don't just put a note, call the plumber to fix the faults, don't be so frugal to then offer a place that no one will give positive reviews. It reflects badly on the establishment. When using the shower, door handle loose, shelving loose, needs new shower head. Just a run-down room placed that Booking.com should remove from the site.
