Dismal and disappointing!
Pros:

Beachfront Hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast, evening meals were ok .. but very limited choice. Free Ferry crossings, easy parking and EV charger on site.

Cons:

Hotel was very tired, like stepping back 75 years! If you have mobility issues beware - about 22 steps to the lift from reception! Hardly any other guests. Room wasn't serviced despite asking twice - eventually handed clean towels by reception! "Indoor pool" was grimy and could not be used independently. Weather was dreadful .. blowing a gale and raining! Resort was dismal. Abandoned, boarded up properties everywhere. Shops mainly closed even on a Saturday! Nothing to do apart from one pub which was open! Thank goodness we had a car!

It was a good hotel for a good price in a nice location.

The property had nice size rooms was very clean and had good facilities a large bar with plenty of seating a pool table and a nice swimming pool.

Pros:

The hotel is in a decent location with parking available. THe staff are really friendly and are always willing to help you. The Beach is also right infront of the hotel which makes it feel like its a private beach all to yourself. Especially between the hours of 6am and 10am. Lots of places to go to nearby that being restaurants for all dietary requirements as well as the pier. (In our view after travelling the island, it is the best pier there :). In the morning there is a communial balcony which you can enjoy drinks with the full view of the sea side. Even if you do not get a sea front view room, this makes up for it! The hotel is a decent size which can accommodate large groups, ideal for large family getaways. The pool and jacuzzi are increadibly clean as they are maintained on a daily basis. It certainly met our requirements :)

Cons:

The breakfast times is really short, could be longer. The pool times could be extended to 6am for those that are early birds. These are small things but they can make a big difference to people.
