Very Disappointing Hotel Experience
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
At around 3:30 pm, when we arrived for check-in, the gentleman at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. He helped other guests take their luggage to the first floor, but when it came to us, he simply told us to take our luggage ourselves. This felt very unfair and unwelcoming.
He also told us that we could not park in front of the hotel, which meant we had to pay to park in a nearby council parking bay. The way this was communicated was particularly unpleasant and added to our frustration.
Later that night, the room was extremely hot and we were unable to sleep properly. I went back to reception to ask for help. A different gentleman was there and kindly tried to find a table fan for us, but unfortunately told us that there were no fans left. While I appreciate that he tried to help, there was no apology or real acknowledgement of the discomfort we were experiencing.
Overall, this stay was far below our expectations. The poor customer service, lack of helpfulness, parking situation and uncomfortable room made the whole experience extremely disappointing.
I would strongly recommend that the hotel management address these issues, particularly the attitude and customer service at reception. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The location was fantastic for what we wanted. Right on the lovely sandy beach. The room was a good size, although it did get very hot. A fan in the rooms would have been ideal to make the sleeping conditions a little better. Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it.
A fan in the room, at night it became very hot. We slept with the door open but this didn't help much.
Our stay was excellent. It's well worth adding the breakfast in for your stay. Our room was a little stuffy, however since there have been 4 heatwaves this summer that is bound to happen. Opening the door quickly made the room fresher. Only thing I would have liked in the room would have been a small fridge to store milk so we could make proper teas and coffees. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Good rooms and with a good view. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy to access and right on the beachfront.

Breakfast finished to early for me at 9.45am I had 3 children with me getting them up after a busy day the day before so they didn’t miss breakfast was difficult, 10.30/11 finish time would have been preferred.
Found the check out by 10.30am a little bit early as well
Breakfast and check out is just a personal thing, the hotel was great and staff friendly and polite

The lovely lady on reception was always very friendly and chatty, and told us everything we needed to know to get around etc..

The staff member on the bar was not very engaging. Loss of revenue for hotel as he closed the bar each night without asking if anyone would like to purchase more drinks!
