Was nice but need to improve the cleaning
Pros:

The bathroom was nice and big

Cons:

No floor mat and the floor was dirty when we arrived everywhere in the house

Supposed "upgraded" swap
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Location was changed last minute.
Room was dirty, rubbish left in bin, black sheets had white marks all over.
2 towels for a 3 person stay.
Keys were not in the correct area.
Shower was full of hair and drain blocked.
Bathroom sink had hair everywhere.
Air-con was not working and that was the reason for the swap of location

So INCONVENIENT/UNSAFE based on our experience.
My wife and daughter got shuffled from the original property into an 8 bedroom shared accomodation. Then on our last night, slept early getting ready for a long drive. At 11pm a guy knocking and asking to open door, he said that he’s booked at room 6 which is where my daughter sleeping, scary to be honest. Safety first, packed all our stuff. Very stressful experience.

Pros:

WE got shuffled from the original property into an uninsulated garage which did not meet habitability equirements (10°C inside temperature in the morning) and which had no smoke detectors, which was in a building which also had smoke detectors rendered inoperable. The hosts were trying their best under challenging circumstances, but ended up illegally housing people in a building that was not fit for purpose.

Nice bed, nice place, friendly helpful owner rooms need to be cleaned prior to arrival, and not be checking in at 8pm.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

On arrival room had not been cleaned, beds dirty and not made. Didn’t get into our room until 8pm
