ich kannte das Konzept nicht, bei einem Telefonat hat mir eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin alles sehr gut erklärt und mir zum Zugang verholfen, nachdem ich die Unterkunft zunächst nicht gefunden hatte, aber dann war alles bestens
