we like the area where we stay
size of the unit ok.
the footmat is very dirty, lucky we find a spare footmat under bed drawer. no spare towel we to go buy ourselves,also the toilet paper.moldy shower, tiles is loose when you walk in th bathroom, toiltet seat is loose, a.c in the bedroom is very noisy, electric fan bedroom ceiling light can't turn off totally , when we just arrive room is smell mosty. no instructions for mop or broom i had to call the host. they don't clean the apartment.no welcoming water, no shampoo,no body wash for the guest. they have plate glass cups cutlery saucepan
also message the the host of the property so we could extend an 1 hour , we arrive check in very late 8.30 pm but no response. we had to check out 12 pm on the time schedule. we stayed 3 night on the property.

Location. I was lenient with my eating because you are a new host. I hope you appreciate the feedback.
There was a toothbrush inside the fridge. No hand soap in the bathroom. Only partial roll of toilet paper. These were unforgivable mistakes.
There was no iron and no hairdryer, these are basic traveler needs and nobody wants to have to buy such items. I had to.
A small hotel size of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner would make a huge difference. That stuff is cheap, just increase the price by two dollars to include it. The sponge in the sink should also be new for each guest. It costs 25 cents and it’s important to offer a germ free sponge to the guests.
Finally, house service is cheap in PH. The bedsheets should be ironed. A complimentary bottle of water? These things would make an experience from good to excellent.
