terrible.
Cons:

booked 2 beds online (separate bookings) and when we arrived at 2am they only had 1 of the beds available. Worst hostel/hotel experience in Vietnam. Additionally, the showering facilities were essentially non-existent as they only had one shower head in the communal bathroom that was situated right next to the sinks in the the open

Pros:

You can walk to dragon bride and riverside. 2.5 km to my khe beach. View is not bad but I stayed parallel to bridge so you need to get out of your head to see bridge.

Cons:

Laundry is very expensive. There is a very close laundry nearby with half price

Tòi book 4 người ở 3 đêm. Đêm đầu thì bị mang đi gửi ở nhà nghỉ khác cách đó 6km. Đêm thứ 2 thì ở phòng giường 1,2m. Buộc phải dồn 2 đêm vào ở 1 đêm để được ngủ giường 1,6m cho 2 người lớn

Dịch vụ quá tệ. Chúng tôi đã book phòng trước và đã nhắn tin hỏi có cần thanh toán phòng trước không nhưng không nhận được hồi âm của khách sạn. Khi đến nơi do chuyến bay đáp trễ nên tôi đã chủ động liên hệ khách sạn trước để thông báo nhưng khách sạn lại báo không có phòng. Quá thất vọng về cách làm việc và giải quyết của khách sạn.
