Falta de profesionalismo y trato al cliente.

Muy desagradable momento que pasé al llevar a este hotel, ellos que no me avisaron con anticipación que cancelaron mi reserva. Justo cuando llegué al hotel y esperaba hacer el check in me informaron que habían cancelado mi reserva.

Pros:

Only location is good apart from nothing. Staff is very rude, and not helpful at all. Whatever you see thats it.

Cons:

They are scammers, says to everyone its renovating so adjust it, nothing is renovating. I booked the presidential suite room and in bathroom no tap need to start from heater and its on top. Which can't reachable, if I ask them they its like this only and no other rooms available. Even when I ask for hand wash they say its there few drops , it will be enough for you.

Cons:

Primeiro não encontraram a reserva que eu havia feito e tive que fazer uma nova pagando mais caro. O hotel é velho e mal cuidado, o chuveiro não esquentava e o quarto estava cheio de baratas. Por fim, precisamos fazer check ou t de madrugada e não havia ninguém na recepção, os mesmos estavam dormindo no lobby do hotel e só levantaram a cabeça e disseram que era para deixar a chave no balcão e voltaram a dormir.

I recommend it close to the airport
Pros:

It was worth paying extra for a room with a view of the Dragon Bridge, a great bathroom with a bathtub and shower, great bath soap, a large apartment with a comfortable bed

Cons:

poor wifi, the connection was dropped

Great value
Pros:

The tea set was a really nice touch. Actually the whole place was really good value for money, and the view was surprisingly nice. I read some reviews about "confirmed" bookings being cancelled without warning, so I made sure to personally contact the hotel beforehand to triple check ours was confirmed, which they were able to do. Everything was fine.

Cons:

The windows were filthy on the outside, which did put a dampener on the whole "nice view" thing...

Pros:

Great hotel with a beautiful view of the whole city and the Dragon Bridge. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is very central, close to airport and just a short distance from Cathedral, which made it really convenient for getting around. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and lovely.

Ze zouden de boel lekker moeten opknappen en schoonmaken waardoor het beter zou zijn om hier te verblijven.
Pros:

De locatie is dichtbij de Drakenbrug

Cons:

Het ligbad werkte niet want je kon de stop niet afsluiten dus in bad gaan kon niet. De douchedeur ging niet dicht wat niet heel comfortabel is. Verder ondanks dat er niet gerookt mag worden toch een rooklucht op de gang.
