Room was next to the freeway, can hear every car zoom by

Cama hundida. Wi-Fi deficiente. Atención del personal nocturno muy poco profesional. Parking sobrevendido (tuve que estacionar en la calle). Hotel en restauración lo que implica polvo y ruidos.

The black out curtains didn’t close all the way. I had to clip them together to keep them shut.

Extremely Disappointed With Our Stay

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel, especially given the importance of the occasion. I booked two rooms well in advance of my daughter’s wedding. I reserved a king suite with a living area and a second king suite for the night before her wedding. Because I was traveling with two elderly family members who use a wheelchair and walker, I specifically requested that the rooms be located close together so I could easily assist them with their needs. I also confirmed this request by phone at the time of booking, again the day before our arrival, and once more on the day of our arrival.

Unfortunately, none of those requests were honored.

When we arrived, the rooms were on completely separate floors. To make matters worse, the first suite I had reserved had apparently been given away, and we were downgraded to a significantly smaller room. The second room was located at the end of a hallway where construction was actively taking place. The smell of paint was overpowering, and the room itself had a strong, musty odor.

I immediately brought these concerns to the front desk, only to be told that the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do.

The situation became even more unacceptable when I returned to the room and sat on the floor to work on some last-minute wedding preparations. Within moments, I realized that my clothes were soaked because the carpet was wet. The moisture was accompanied by dirt and filth that transferred directly onto my clothing.

I immediately took our wedding attire out of the closet and hung everything over the doors to keep the gowns and clothing from touching the floor. At the time, I had no idea how important that decision would become.

The following morning, construction continued, and we were repeatedly confronted with construction workers transporting materials throughout the hallway.

The mattress was clearly old as it was already sagging in the centre. Also while rooms were generally cleaned some areas, e.g. carpet within wardrobes, was dusty. Rooms generally very old and in need of renovation (which is ongoing). The gym is a small room without a window so while functional it is not exactly inspiring.

The breakfast staff was very unpleasant
