Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Accommodation and Service
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the unit and the services provided by the host. From the moment of arrival, the experience was marked by inconvenience, poor coordination, and a complete lack of customer support.
Upon reaching the lobby, I was informed that the originally booked unit was unavailable due to a power outage. I was instructed to transfer to another tower despite having personal belongings, which caused significant inconvenience. Upon arrival at the second unit, the air-conditioning system was nonfunctional. Multiple attempts to contact the host were made; however, responses were delayed by 30 minutes to several hours.
I was then instructed to transfer to Tower 1 under a different host. Subsequently, I was informed that Tower 1 had no electricity and was asked to return to Tower 2. This demonstrated clear miscommunication between parties and resulted in unnecessary disruption.
Upon attempting to return to Tower 2, I was denied entry by the reception staff and was advised to contact the host for re-registration, as I had already checked out earlier. Despite repeated calls and messages, no immediate response was provided. I was forced to wait approximately two hours before gaining access.
The following day, I was advised that the electricity issue in Tower 1 had been resolved and that I could transfer at 4:00 PM. No response was received at the stated time, and permission to move was only provided at approximately 6:00 PM.
Upon entering the Tower 1 unit, I found the accommodation in an unsanitary and unacceptable condition. There were numerous cockroaches, the trash bin was already full with no trash bags provided, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the sink was leaking.
This experience reflects a serious failure in service standards, cleanliness, communication, and guest care. The inconvenience, stress, and time wasted were significant.

It had everything we needed
Everything was very basic
THIS PLACE IS FILTHY AND UNSANITARY WHICH HAS BEEN NOTIFIED TO THE OWNER AND BOOKING THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP FOR THE FIRST PLACE AS THE UNIT WAS UNSANITARY AND REALLY IN A VERY FILTHY STATE. INFESTED WITH ROACHES, FURNITURES ARE ALL DIRTY AND FULL OF DUST. SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE IS COVERING THE ENTIRE ROOM SUFFOCATING. SADLY THE PLACE IS UNMAINTAINED AND NON HYGIENIC.
