booked king size room. However, my friends rooms was twin bed and we like to stay at the same floor. Ms. Shirley Ou who was attending to me was quick to help and look for a same level room with them. She upgraded my room to a suite. It has Bagua inspired foyer. The room was amazing. All conveninece outlet was well positioned and working, equipped with Type C ports aside from the normal USB ports. Actually, we can all squeeze in 1 room. Too big for me. Equipped with full fridge and washing machine and laundry counter. The room was designed and equipped well for business travellers or as family suite. Restaurants and shopping at the next block at the back of hotel.
