Bilik bersih dan wangi, awalnya saya anggap ia seperti hotel murah yang lain, namun ia melebihi ekspetasi saya, dekat dengan semua lokasi, kemudahan asas sangat baik walaupun nampak ringan seperti lif, penapis air, dan servis sendiri, nampak teratur dan sistematik, servis pelanggan sangat cepat respon, ada kerosakan namun ia dibalas dengan seribu kemaafan membuatkan hati ini melepaskan sedikit sebanyak pandangan berat terhadap isu itu.

Cons:

Semua nya baik, namun perlu diingat, pastikan semuanya kekal konsisten dan yang penting sentiasa tingkat kan prestasi, saingan disitu agak ketat, banyak hotel yang murah dan bermutu, bersaing secara baik dan sihat. Teruskan usaha anda yang baik, saya sentiasa sokong produk tempatan.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I'm having an uncomfortable mattress. Lots of dust mite which cause my body to itch. There is one spot on the wall with dried blood, which I think is from a bug being crush. That's all

Pros:

I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the beds were wide and soft, and the air conditioning worked well. The old town, where all the main sights are, is within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafes and a shopping center nearby.

strategy place if u like to ti the attraction place like menara taming sari,muzium samudera and shopping mall also near..dataran pahlawan,nearby only..Can walk only,its only 5 mins from the hotel.A lot of restaurant nearby..the room also big and clean..

酒店方拒絕開invoice可能有稅務問題

還可以

Cons:

要求酒店方開Invoice，可是酒店方不肯開，說是因為跟booking.com預定的房間。就要跟booking.com要求invoice。
Booking.com也說明酒店方需要開invoice，但酒店方不給於回應。馬來西亞法律所得稅局貿消部都有明文規定需要開invoice.
客服之前也說他們都做cash sales,我這裡有截圖證據 ，所以都沒有在開invoice。合理懷疑酒店方在稅務方面可能有問題。
所以如果需要invoice的顧客千萬不能住這家hotel.
