Pros:

I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the beds were wide and soft, and the air conditioning worked well. The old town, where all the main sights are, is within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafes and a shopping center nearby.

strategy place if u like to ti the attraction place like menara taming sari,muzium samudera and shopping mall also near..dataran pahlawan,nearby only..Can walk only,its only 5 mins from the hotel.A lot of restaurant nearby..the room also big and clean..

酒店方拒絕開invoice可能有稅務問題

還可以

Cons:

要求酒店方開Invoice，可是酒店方不肯開，說是因為跟booking.com預定的房間。就要跟booking.com要求invoice。
Booking.com也說明酒店方需要開invoice，但酒店方不給於回應。馬來西亞法律所得稅局貿消部都有明文規定需要開invoice.
客服之前也說他們都做cash sales,我這裡有截圖證據 ，所以都沒有在開invoice。合理懷疑酒店方在稅務方面可能有問題。
所以如果需要invoice的顧客千萬不能住這家hotel.

Worth the money
Pros:

Coway drinking water dispenser is provided, this is very good. Fast and easy check in. Plenty of parking lot in front of hotel. Very close to tourist spot. Friendly staff. The lift is fabulous but I dare not take second time. Lobby and common area smells nice.

Cons:

Airconditioner is working fine but sometimes cool, sometimes not cool. Not sure why. Toilet has unpleasant smell all the time despite having exhaust fan turned on.

Pros:

Struttura abbastanza vicina al centro, tipo 10 minuti a piedi, c'è un grande mercato a 5 minuti a piedi e un centro commerciale grande anche. La canera è stata abbastanza silenziosa, molto semplice e basic. C'era il bollitore e l'asciugacapelli. Stanza molto piccola, non c'era spazio per mettere la roba, zaini, vestiti, niente. Il bagno abbastanza grande ,basic e datato ma funzionale. Abbiamo dormito bene. C'era il distributore d'acqua al primo piano. Buon rapporto qualità /prezzo . Io lo consiglierei a chi cerca un posto per dormire low budget e decente.

Pros:

The location is great. A stone's throw from the main attractions. But not to be disturbed by the passing traffics. You have the laundromat downstairs plus a nice small café and vending machines as well.

Cons:

The kettle is not working. But they provided hot/cold water dispenser at level 2. The water heater in the bathroom is not working as well.

a very good choice for budget hotel. very recommended. we'll come back in the near future
Pros:

The location is the best. very near to all tourist attractions, restaurants are also nearby. the night market is just a few minutes walk. self check in was very fast & convenient. we can leave the room key in the safety box when someone needs to go out..no need to share keys. parking was also available but need to find.

Cons:

the lift was not fully functioning, luckily we stayed at first floor, so we used the stairs
